Great specialty store in Tyler. Many products you can't get anywhere else. Employees are friendly and helpful, not sure what some of the other reviewers experienced, but I am a regular shopper and have always found them courteous and ready to assist.

This store is an inviting, warm space. The employees are keeping their spirits up while all this is going on and always make me feel welcomed. They carry a lot of great products that I cannot find other places. Love them.

You refused to refund our $5.00 for a organic turkey, The reason you gave was that you could not mail my $5.00! You folks must not can afford stamps or envelopes you have very poor customer service!

I travel over 76 miles one way to Natural Grocers in Tyler. I must say, I love the personal service and the people in the store. They are friendly, nice, and very personable. I love the selection of items from supplements, to pets, to just my everyday grocery needs. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO LOUIS & LAVERNE!!!

I used to enjoy shopping here but tonights experience makes this my last time to come to Natural Grocers in Tyler, Texas. I call before I come to make sure they have the item I am looking for. The girl that answers the phone tells me they have it in two different brands. So I get in my car and travel to go get it. Look all over the store and cannot find it. I ask the clerks....3 of them including the cashier girl who answered the phone get involved. The item is nowhere to be found. I guess they did not think I would get in my car tonight to shop and just randomly told me on the phone they had it in stock. Sooo frustrating!!! Such a waste of my time. I hope management will see this review and tell the young clerks to work on their customer service. Drug Emporium has all of my business now.

This is one of the best places to get organic produce in Tyler. With that being said, they appear to be replacing their knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate staff members with younger employees who are extremely rude and have NO SENSE of customer service. From now on, I will be ordering groceries from Natural Grocers though a food delivery app so I don't have to deal with the petty attitudes of the younger employees there.
