Attempted to order some drinks at the Old Jacksonville location in Tyler. Walked in and waited at least 5 minutes and never even got acknowledged by an employee. Not a word. Not even a “hi” or “just a minute please”. Left and went to the location on Broadway. Excellent service there and fewer employees working.

Totally unprofessional and toxic environment for our community in San Angelo. The "manager" screams at employees in full view of customers and the condescending attitude is enough to make me not want to give a rating to this establishment. No wonder they have a hiring sign out they probably go through employees too quickly to keep them.

This is not my place. Been here twice now and both times none of us liked the tea. It's more of a preference thing though I believe. I'm not real big on the creative drinks. It gets a lot of traffic so I know people love it. Really great service and very helpful staff made the experience wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone who likes tea, juice or flavored fruitful stuff. They also have boba. Leaving a 4 star because they deserve it, I'm basing the review off of service not personal per reference.

The service, selections and flavors are amazing. One suggestion, if I may. Please find a solution to the sticky wet floor and area of self service area for teas. It's like that everytime I go in, not just a one off and even though they are constantly trying to keep it clean, it's more of a problem in need of a solution and not a personnel time consuming duty. Thanks for listening. You have a great crew!

Absolutely LOVE this store! The staff is always so kind, stopping in always makes my day better! Brittney recommended the summer dew today and it has to be my new favorite drink ?
My daughter and I had a great experience there this afternoon. My daughter is Deaf and the young lady who waited on us was so kind and patient with us. My daughter wanted boba tea, which is something I know nothing about. But the young woman waiting on us walked us through everything and even took Lauren over to where they stored the milk so Lauren could see and pick out what she wanted them to use. Excellent customer service!! I'm sure we'll go back the next time we visit Tyler. Thank you so much!

I have the worst experience today! Don’t get me wrong I’ve been going here but today was the worst experience need to get better staff! So I just left without ordering coz they usually tells us to move forward after we order or if someone is behind us to move forward but today waited so long coz the in front was moving and I had to call them but the guy drier or something told me that they are busy they can’t tell them to move! Wow! They need to bring back their staff before!! Definitely not goi back in either one of them worst staff!!!and yeah I ask one the staff before if a drink was good she said yes so I order it it was one of their best seller I ended up throwing the drink away wasted my money that day the tasted like water no sweetness to it!
