We love going to NobiliTea for a tasty refreshing drink. Riley did a fantastic job keeping calm while training a new employee and balancing multiple drive through orders, a call in order, and lobby orders. He was inviting when new customers walked in and had a great attitude towards training when the new employee needed help. 10/10 recommend!!

My favorite place! Love the drinks! They have lots of loose leaf to choose from, energy, sweetness & let's not forget the boba. U can get hot & cold drinks from frozen slushes to chai & more. U can't go wrong with a specialty drink from the menu which changes frequently with new concoctions. And, the staff is awesome! They are friendly, engaging & give great customer service. Not to mention, it's just a fun place to hang out, a great atmosphere! Tell them Kristi sent u! 😁

Didn’t know what I wanted when I showed up, but the employees were so kind in helping me pick the perfect sugar-free, caffeine-free drink!! Yum!

Love this place! I’ve been a few times and had a few people but Frye stands out! They always make sure my drink is right.

I have been a Nobilitea customer for years! First coming to Woodland Hills mall location then to BA since that’s where I live. I’ve even been to Owasso store when they opened. Yesterday I stopped in to get a drink for my son and myself. I ordered the Cobbler Chia like I’ve ordered before and the girl asked what type of milk would you like and I said coconut like always. She said that’s a .75 up charge. I was like no I’ve never paid that before. EVER, she and the other girl started trying to tell me it’s been like that forever, and that I’ve probably paid it and not been told or realized. Well that’s incorrect as well I know what I’ve been charged for. She kept insisting it’s always been that way. After this yesterday, I won’t be back to any of the locations. It’s not only that the drinks are way overpriced but have went downhill in the past year. I hate that this happened and will keep me from coming back! You don’t argue with customers.

Go back to the old model. It is overly complicated and the employees can’t explain the tea. Service is very SLOW. 15 min for tea. The tea is weak and watered down. You also can’t sample the flavors anymore. Go thru the drive thru as they are the priority. Skip it all together and go to HT0. Happy hour prices and it is quick.

They didn't have what I asked for in terms of flavor, and for me it was poorly prepared, more ice than I thought. I asked for strawberry and they ended up giving me mango.
