I ordered the Braised Beef Noodle Soup online to go. The beef is 10 stars. Hand pulled noodles is excellent but on the fence weather its too thick compared to pho. Use to sprouts but it was good. Didn’t want to pay $1.99 for it. Would of liked some hot sauce. Would of liked a microwave safe bowl and lid, but that’s just me. Not sure how to eat it. I chopped up the beef and noodles but going back and forth from chopsticks to spoon. I prefer a spoon because you get all the different flavors in one spoonful. Never got notification it was ready but waiting for me when I came in when it was supposed to be ready. It was 3pm, not busy, was it sitting there? But a solid soup.

I personally ordered the Combo Xiao Long Bao because I had been really wanting some due it being a while since I have had any. The texture was pretty plain and bland, I was hoping for a little more flavor within each bao and expected it to feel softer, they weren't rock solid by any means, but also not how they should be, at least from what I have had before. Overall a decent, and depending on the person, a good meal and restaurant but I left wanting and expecting more, part of the risk of being a chain establishment I guess.

Staff was SO friendly and helpful, place was nice and clean. The Kung pao chicken was my favorite with the chicken egg rolls! Never had bao, but thought it was going to be more like a dumpling or korean mandu. It was HUGE like a hamburger/ roll/bread with a small meatball inside. Not my favorite. Everything else ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

We were very excited to see another noodles & dumplings in Texas. This location had a viewing window to see the dumpling and noodle being made.Fresh fried noodles were amazing. They even brought out balls of dough for the kids to play with.

Had a wonderful time. The restaurant is clean and bright. The food is oh, so good. The portions are enormous, and I would recommend sharing them.Kid-friendliness: The chocolate bao is basically a donut with chocolate in the middle. My picky kid didn't complain and had fun.

Food was good, the noodles are great, the dumplings are okay. Service was scattered. Probably will not return.

We loved eating here several months ago. Something has changed. For the second time in a row one of us gets our food and the other is left waiting 10 to 15 minutes. By that time one is either done eating or has a cold plate of food so as to not rudely eat in front of the others. We will not be back.

Today my husband and I had lunch here. This was our 3rd time at Noodles and Dumplings. The food is always delicious and the service is good. Today our server was Zack and he was fabulous! Curtious, checked on us several times, and even asked us if we would like to-go drinks. I rarely post reviews, but definitely like to when my experience has been exceptional!

First time trying this place and will not come back due to the rude service from the Manager Eric. My sister was on the phone and heard how rude he was talking to me. The Bao was good also ordered Chicken Japanese Fried Rice. The chicken was white, slimey, and unseasoned. I literally took one bite of the rice and chicken and the waitress watched me asked how I liked it and explained I didn’t like it. She took it back and came back stating they couldn’t take it off but could take 50% off and offer a dessert. Waitress came back and asked was I ready for the dessert I said sure. She then comes back with the receipt while eating the dessert that I’ll have to pay full price for the rice and they took the dessert off. Which that wasn’t told to me! I told her I must have misunderstood her because that’s not what she said the waitress says “sorry” and walks off. She comes back ready to swipe and I ask for the manager. He comes and states there’s nothing he can do about the rice and how it’s apart of there policy with no refunds. I told him I got that but the waitress didn’t explain it right with half off the rice and free dessert that I never asked for. He still tells me nothing he can do about it, it’s their policy. I still stress to him how there should be better communication amongst the waitress’s. He decides to go back to the 50% off THEN says “we won’t be doing this again with you anymore the next time you come back” I told him there won’t be a next time. This will be my first and last time.

This is the first time coming here! All the food was made fresh! Although we didn't like the fried dumplings.... The Japanese fried rice, chicken egg rolls, wontons, red bean baos, and cantaloupe tea was really good!!!! Our server Isabella was really sweet and took the time to help us with everything! This restaurant was really clean as well!

Food was excellent. Hot, all hand made to order. Orange chicken was crisp & not gooey. Dumplings were fantastic. Place was spotless clean.Presentation of plates was pretty.Staff was very friendly. Service excellent. Price was good. I drove 2 hrs to eat here, will do it again. Just for refrence, I have never given this good of a rating to anyone before. Just FYI.

The food always tastes good, but the atmosphere and service has declined significantly. We had to wait for tables to be cleaned (asked for them to be cleaned to be seated).Had to wait 10mins for service once seated. The drinks were flat (please fix your carbonation machine). We weren’t given napkins and the soy suave bottles and chili sauce bottles were covered in sticky dust and hair.
