The ladies that work there are always so nice and attentive. They're always smiling and willing to help each customer to comes in without making them feel rushed. The cakes are so good and always moist. It's nice to pick up a treat every now and then, while always receiving great customer service. I've never had an issue with the Tyler location.

I’ve been ordering cakes from here for years. And was actually a happy customer until here about a month ago. I realize that the economy has taken a toll on everyone, including businesses and those that are family owned and operated. But the price of the individual cakes 5.50 somewhere in that range doesn’t add up to the price now. The individual cakes are smaller. I would say cup cake but that’s not what they’re called At this bakery. You’re paying full price but not getting a full cupcake. Instead of downsizing, why not keep them the same size and just go up on the price a dollar or two.? I’m sure I’m not the only person that has noticed this.

Shrink-flation?! We get a bunt cake from different locations once a month and these are the smallest we have ever seen. Also, we didn’t catch that one of the orders was wrong until we got home and why cannot they not provide forks!

I tried the banana pudding bundt cake. I'm not impressed with the minimal banana pudding in the middle, the drizzle down the side mixed with the cream cheese frosting. Disappointing to my love of banana pudding.
