Shrink-flation?! We get a bunt cake from different locations once a month and these are the smallest we have ever seen. Also, we didn’t catch that one of the orders was wrong until we got home and why cannot they not provide forks!

I tried the banana pudding bundt cake. I'm not impressed with the minimal banana pudding in the middle, the drizzle down the side mixed with the cream cheese frosting. Disappointing to my love of banana pudding.

I wish I would’ve gotten the ladies name that helped me, but she was absolutely the sweetest and very helpful! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and smells delicious when you walk In! I got 4 personal cakes for only $22 ! and they were all delicious! Can’t wait to stop back by my next visit to Tyler!

Very disappointed in the service I received when picking up my order for Thanksgiving. I spent $90 on three boxes of bundtinis that I ordered online. I love these and so do my family. I have a card where I should get a box of bundtinis free so when I take my card in because there is no way to use it online which isn't a ME problem, that's a problem with their website not listing that option. So, instead of removing that cost of one of the bunditis the young man just said you could get another box, but I already had three dozen, which was plenty so he then told me to save it and use it next time, really? It's too much of a bother to remove it from what I already paid for? He gave me my order and expected me to carry it out without having put them in a bag, so I had to ask for a bag. I have never had an issue with anyone at this location until now but this has rubbed me the wrong way.

We bought a cake for an event and the guy at the front was very kind to say we looked very nice. Cake was also very good with very nice staff
I am impressed by tyler branch service. I order online 2 days before due date to surprise my husband they deliver at right time, right date & place and handed over the cake perfectly. I order the red velvet cake it tastes so good and so moist. for the next i will definitely go for it.

I am disappointed in the quality of icing I received today (and paid for extra). The icing tasted like extra whipped cream mixed with the original icing. Trust me, I know the difference.

The store manager was there and she acted like she did not want to be there. There was a line of people and only one cashier taking orders. She saw this and just stood there not even attempting to help clear the line.
