I prefer the Ayce night because I prefer shashimi. The spider rolls is awesome. They respect food issues or alergies. Portions are big No rush with time limits or max footd consumption like some others. The fried banana I s yummy. Ivy is a great waitperson.

Overall a really nice all you can eat sushi buffet, they don't cut down the portions of rolls as much as other places. My only quip (if you can call it that) is the choice of music, but it is east Texas so I guess modern country is preferred.

We have eaten here over a dozen times and have never been disappointed. My husband is a raw sushi/sashimi guy and I'm more of the appetizer and fried sushi roll kinda person and we both love it here. If you like spicy and fried you have to try the Texas Roll. I eat 3 everything I come. My husband's favorite is the Scallop Love Roll. I've even been converted to love the peppered tuna and Sake sushi. The Dumplings and Crab Puffs are great too.
