We have been to this Olive Garden plenty of times, however the last two times we have gotten Steven as our server. Steven did not tell us his name either time we dined here which made it hard to leave an honest review.

Steven has a habit of slamming the plates and drinks down on the table, one time splashing excess water on us. He also threw the paper coaster across the table instead of setting them down.

Every time steven would come to our table it seemed like he was in a hurry to be somewhere else. He would throw the stuff down and then run off, not even asking if we needed anything. On the second visit he didn’t visit us one time after we got our food, except to bring us togo plates and bags as if he was in a rush to get rid of us as a table.

We ordered an appetizer and did not receive the appetizer before our food. This could have been due to him being in a rush 24/7 and didn’t write anything down, or a mix of him not visiting our table anytime between taking our order and our food getting there.

He did not ask if we wanted our endless salad and soup refilled when it had been empty for quite some time.

And to end it all, on our first visit at the end he said “make sure you tip” as he walked away and couldn’t even say it to our face.

This made our second visit much less enjoyable because we knew what service we were going to get.

On our first visit, despite his comment, we did leave an 18% tip, however on our second visit when he barely visited our table and when he did the service was rushed and reckless, he did not deserve a tip.

Management: Please help steven become a better server, he has potential, he does some things very well, however he has huge downfalls that prevent him from being a great server. I believe he knows he is good, and that is why he gets overconfident and says comments like “make sure you tip”…

And on our way out, we saw steven sitting on his phone in the lobby talking to the host Lance.

Wife and I went on Sunday 7/13, the server was nice. We ordered an appetizer and waited until it was brought to us before we ordered our entrees. When we ordered our entrees we got salad, I mean who doesn't get the salad lol. The server brought the salad and then stated that our entrees would be out in 10 minutes. I told him to not rush it as we had an appetizer AND salad to eat. No more than 5 minutes later the server is showing up to the table with our entrees, I told him to take them back. He then states no problem the cooks will be happy to eat these. Well 15 or so minutes later the server brought our entrees out to us and I could tell they were the exact same ones that had been brought out previously, The server even confirmed this and made a statement about plate warmers keeping things hot. My food was not hot it was barely warm. I have the Grilled Chicken Margarita. It was tasty but it was barely warm. My wife had Spaghetti with Spicy Meat Sauce. I have to say they were also not busy, there was no wait and the dining room was more than 1/2 empty. I have been in the restaurant industry for 40+ years. The original server we had (They changed servers after we ordered our appetizer as the original one Shae was finished her shift) joked about add-ons as I was an Olive Garden server Many Many years ago. I felt that we were rushed through our meal and the biggest factor is that the food that was sent back to the kitchen was simply sitting under a heat lamp and brought back out to us later. When you spend your money you expect HOT food HOT and that is certainly NOT what we received.

I have lived here all of my life and never have I EVER experienced such poor service and food here at this location. My coworker and I decided to treat ourselves to a nicer lunch. Upon arrival we sat in an area with only 3 (4) including us and each table had 1 server per table. We unfortunately had to wait 15 minutes to be noticed and asked what we would like to drink. We decided to go ahead and order our food with our drink order. Another 15/20 minutes go by and we don’t have any salad or breadsticks like the server said she would bring out “in just a minute”. At this point we are close to 40 minutes into the lunch period and no drinks or food of any sorts. Then all at once all of the food came out, 15 minutes left of our break. One of us had to pack up our food to go and we left. Personally my food was okay, but my coworker food was dry ( she got fettuccine Alfredo) and one long black hair AT THE BOTTOM of the bowl. Not only that but we only got two breadsticks the ENTIRE time we were there. Overall the server was dismissive, the food was 4/10 and execution of order to food on the table was -2/10. I used to be a restaurant manager for 5 years so I know exactly what is expected of a server and that was not it. Thank you :)

was pretty disappointed at my visit. Decided to come eat with my co worker for lunch. We got seated by the hostess and we waited…. And waited…. And waited… about 15ish minutes later our server comes. She asked what we wanted to drink, she comes back about 10 minutes later with drinks but no breadsticks were given. We went ahead and told her our orders and requested salads to eat before we got our food. She comes back with salad that had barely any dressing (still no breadsticks). We asked her if we could have the breadsticks and she seemed confused and just replied with “oh yea….” Finally get 3 breadsticks to split between me and my co worker. We finished that and our sad little salad and asked for more breadsticks. She comes back and then brings us only TWO breadsticks , I guess just one for each of us haha… not sure if that’s a new rule or something about limiting the amount of breadsticks people get. We finally get our food but at this point we needed to head back to work since it took her 10-15 minutes per interaction. (This was also a very slow Thursday lunch time, not really anyone even in the place)
I asked for a to go box since we needed to leave to head back to work, I empty my pasta and a long black hair was at the bottom of the bowl… i just gave up at that point and left since we needed to return back to work ?. Horrible experience and we were just disappointed to spend 20 something dollars each on crappy service and just not good food.

For the first time, in a long time the food was very good; service was excellent; and the atmosphere was very nice.
Thank you.

Kid-friendliness: Many families eat at the Olive Garden. However, without parenting skills the children yell, scream and noisily cry without intervention. I have had occassion that I could hardly wait to get out. The experience was a huge disappointment.
