I went because they advertise, you can replace any pasta with cauliflower rice. Thats great for my keto diet! Ordered food just to find out they were out of cauliflower rice. They replaced with mixed vegetables but still upcharged for the cauliflower rice.

This place was just plain terrible! I take no pleasure in writing this review, but want to warn others. Do not go to Oliveto!

My wife and I went because we received coupons. The flyer with the coupons looked professional, so we gave Oliveto a try.

The server seated us, provided our drinks and asked if we needed a couple of minutes before ordering. It took her about 15 minutes to return. And it was not busy, there were maybe five other tables with people.

While waiting, we noticed the booth's fabric was dirty like kids had a food fight and it hadn't been cleaned in ages. We almost asked for our bill for the drinks so we could leave, but we were hungry and hoped for the best.

Once we ordered, the food arrived in two minutes. It seemed like it was microwaved and tasted mediocre at best. No bread was offered beforehand.

Our server never came back to check on us or refill our drinks.

The women's restroom had a bucket in it to catch water leaks.

The men's bathroom smelled like a circus. Soap dispenser was broke so they had a bottle on the counter.

I had the spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs, and it was hands down the worst spaghetti I’ve ever had; no exaggeration. The noodles were bland and slightly overcooked. The meat sauce was overwhelmingly salty, and both the meat in the sauce and the meatballs had the same off-putting taste, like canned meat. Honestly, it reminded me of Chef Boyardee straight out of a can. It’s really hard to mess up a basic plate of spaghetti, but somehow this place did. I would never eat here again.

Really don’t know how this place has 4.3 stars. I should have listened to the review that said tv dinners are better than this place. We had coupons which is the only reason why we went. I left the remainder of coupons there cause we will not be coming back. I should have walked out after receiving the $4 breadsticks which were soggy and stale, the Alfredo dipping sauce was hot but was by far the worst Alfredo sauce I’ve ever tasted. If you can’t get the breadsticks right then you sure ain’t gonna be getting the rest of the food right. Save yourself the time and money go find you a different Italian place to go to.

I’m not sure how or why I haven’t tried Oliveto Italian Bistro yet, but I’m so glad I finally made my way there for lunch today. I had a $25 off coupon if you spend $50 or more, so I figured I had no choice in the matter haha.

I said down at the table with my wife and 2 of my boys. We all looked through the menu and decided on what we wanted. Julio was our waiter and he did a phenomenal job the entire time.

My twins ordered the 2 for $25. They got the hearth baked cheese bread as their appetizer and one got the fettuccine Alfredo and the other got a cheese pizza. My wife ordered the Italian nachos and I got the chicken parmesan.

Everything was great, but there was one dish in particular that was incredible!!! The Italian nachos😍

The chips are made using crispy wontons, which is what really made them stand out so much. They were light and airy, with the perfect crunch to them. All of the toppings seemed to blend so well together, especially the drizzle of balsamic reduction and alfredo sauce over the top. I would honestly go back multiple times for these nachos alone. We ordered ours with no red peppers, olives, or jalapeños.

We also got the dulce de leche bread pudding for dessert and that alone was worth the trip!!!

I know I’m late to the party, but if you haven’t tried this place, I highly recommend stopping by.

2025 April. Stopped in for a quick lunch with my BFF. She suggested the Florentine Pizza which is a personal pan size. Excellent flavor (did ask for no Jalapeno peppers) if you prefer an Alfredo type sauce. Will definitely do this again.
