The food was decent but the waitress we got was insanely cold and rude, she acted like we didn't know English and talked to us like toddlers, thanks to the sweet gentleman at the front that acted kind though, it made the atmosphere feel slightly better.

They brought my burger without the fries that should have been included, and brought them after I finished my mediocre burger. Wife was sort of satisfied with her half rack of ribs. There was a black moldy piece of lettuce in my salad. The bathroom was disgusting.

Food was okay service was 1 out of 10 bartender when taking our order asked us what could he get us big kids like sir really we sat and waited what seems like 25 for dessert to go after paying and when I asked for my receipt back so I could get my dine rewards he wouldn't give it to me and said my points would be added and they wasn't would not suggest sitting in the bar area service was horrible and he was very rude and on top of all that we still left a tip. Monday night 6/30 around 8p.m.

Onions blossom and garlic chicken parmesan for lunch. So sorry I had eaten half of my onions before I took pictures
I took my son and husband out for Father's day, there were 5 of us. We all were very disappointed in our food. 2 of us ordered filets and 2 ordered ribeye and I chicken fried. None of our steaks had any flavor, no seasoning. The chicken fried chicken was about the size of the palm of a childs hand. It was very disappointing.

Went to pick up my food and once given the food I double checked the order to make sure it was all there. It looked off and saw i was missing a part of my Aussie fries. No big deal it happens. Went inside and was told that the order of Aussie fries was there and was the correct size for the order. I explained that earlier this week I had ordered the same thing and received a larger size. The lady explained that it is the correct size and she would not help to correct it. Very disappointed in the service and willingness to help.

I saw a tiktok of someone ordering a few items off of Outback’s new holiday menu and I thought they looked pretty good. Especially the bloomin fried shrimp. I’m also a sucker for anything with chimichurri.
I grabbed my wife and 2 of my boys (the other was at work) and we heading on over to Outback Steakhouse. We were politely greeted as we walked in and quickly shown to a table. Our waitress came by shortly after and took our drink order, as well as our appetizers.
A few minutes went by and they brought our drinks out and some bread and butter. Unfortunately the bread wasn’t even remotely warm, but we still ate it.
A few more minutes went by and she brought out the bloomin fried shrimp and the 3 cheese steak dip. The shrimp were honestly sooooo good, especially dipped in their signature bloom sauce. The steak dip was also really good. We all enjoyed it.
Maybe 5 minutes or so went by and they brought out the rest of the food. I couldn’t help but laugh on the inside when they sat my steak down😂. I understand that the food that’s brought out won’t always look exactly like what you see on the menu or even the commercials. Unfortunately, mine wasn’t even close. Prior to eating there, I watched a few different tiktoks of people ordering the chimichurri steak and theirs actually looked like (pictured below) what you see on the menu, so I don’t really feel like my complaint isn’t warranted at all. I also asked for the bloomin carrot crunch to be left off, seeing as I’m not a fan of carrots.
I asked the gentleman who dropped the food off to bring a manager by whenever he had a chance.
The manager stopped by the table and asked if they could either remake it or remove it from the ticket. I chose to have it removed. The filet itself was rather tough, so I really didn’t want to take a chance of it happening again. She was very kind and quick to resolve the issue. They also forgot to take off the onions and tomatoes from my wife’s wedge salad. Although my wife picked them off, they still were nice enough and made her a new one without us even asking.
My twins steaks came out perfectly cooked and very tender.
I’d go back for the shrimp without a doubt and I highly recommend everyone trying them as well. The waitress and the manager were all very polite and they honestly made the experience suck a bit less haha.
