Good to see fair portion sizes given the current "charge more for less" situation. Some of the ratios are off, but that's usual - more like broccoli with beef. A bit of a long wait time even though I was only 3 cars back. Nothing ridiculous. Perfectly mediocre experience and established flavors. Guess that's saying a lot these days. Not bad.

Today was a bad day. But was made the best day in months when the lovely girl at the drive thru returned my change to me using 2 hands.
One on the bottom to prevent change from spilling and one on top to sat the money. It's the most loved I've felt in months. She was not disgusted by me. I felt like I'd been touched by God. She smiled and said have a great night!
She is now the sun to me. She illuminated me and gave me life. I want to orbit her. She was so kind in that moment it made me want to throw away my degree and apply.

I ordered two plated and the lady at the front told me it will be an 6 minute wait. I know that sometimes it can be longer but if I have to wait little over 30mins for food. I would've changed my mind and went somewhere else. It's was also agonizing to see other people who come in after you get thire food before you. They need to do a restructure on Prioritizing customers who have to wait for food, then customers that walk in. I saw a bunch of customers on the inside get thire food before I got mine. They need to do a better job being honest with the customers about the wait time, and they also need to do better Prioritizing customers that waited a long time. My time was wasted today, and I might not come back. Please do better!

This panda express once was serving 55 degree chicken out of a broken freezer for weeks. They violate food safety protocols on a daily basis in this store because they refuse to hire enough people to actually fully staff the kitchen in order to save money.
Going to this panda is asking for food poisoning.

Why is this location always out of stuff or it’s an 8-15 minute wait? Especially at peak dinner time 6 - 7:30 pm. One time they actually told me that the cook was on break so it would be about a 15-20 minute wait. I left. They only have one cook during their busiest time??

First time at this location and we were disappointed with this Panda Express' food. I had recently been to Kansas City and had the Orange Chicken for the first time. It was amazing (in KC)! Had it here and not only was it only luke warm, there was hardly any sauce on it and the taste was 'mild'! Might have just been an off night for this location as both my sister and niece, who eat at PE regularly (different location) said their Kung Pao chicken was also sub-par. They had 3 servings (between them) and there were only 2 pieces of pepper in all of it. My sister and niece agreed, at the other location, it is usually MUCH spicier.
That said, service was good, egg roll was warm and since they were initially out of the black pepper steak, it was hot when they brought it to our table.

I went about 8 p.m. and no fresh food, but it was ok. The lady that was getting our food seemed cold and maybe tiered she just didn't seem to want to be there. I know they can do better because I love this place and the food is usually very good
