Genuinely feel like I cannot shout out the GM Mary enough for how she took care of me today! I ordered delivery through the app and DoorDash delivered to the wrong address so I never got my food. I called and door dash was so rude laughing hanging up on me and she just took it in to her own hands and got me my food! I’m pregnant so when you want something you gotta have it and so let’s just say the first bite of Mac and cheese had me crying. GIVE HER ALL OF THE RAISES!!!! Thank you Mary 😭♥️

Stopped in for lunch. Ordered half sandwich of chicken salad and a bowl of broccoli cheese soup. When I picked up my order from the window I didn't notice I had a totally different sandwich than ordered. Did not go back up as I was having trouble with my legs that day. Just ate the sandwich as given. Next time I'll check before leaving the counter.

Mediocre food that’s way overpriced. Don’t order delivery, they get it wrong every time. I’ve given this pace more than their fair share of chances, no more. Make it at home.
Refunding a delivery screw up doesn’t resolve the problem. Nor does the ridiculous offer of a free replacement “next time”. Bold to assume there will be a next time. FIX THE PROBLEM by replacing the incorrect item during the timeframe it was needed.

My order was for my birthday reward. I did not order anything else. I went through the drive-thru and there were 2 cars in front of me. The first car got their order quickly, the next car sat there for a least 5-7 minutes. I pulled up and the lady at the window did not open the window but was messing with the cash register. Then she either got something from under the register or off the floor. She then pulled the till and took it to the back. She came back and put napkins in my bag, then walked away. I still had not been greeted. She finally came back and opened the window, asked if I had the cherry pastry. I was not happy at this point as I had been waiting over 5 minutes with no greeting for something that was already bagged up. She then said here you go and handed the bag through the window. She did say have a nice day. I did not say anything to her except yes to her question about what I ordered. The worst part is that they weren't busy as this was after 2, there were several employees walking around inside and she appeared to be the manager on duty. I'm not sure if I will be going back to this location.

Sandwich was good but didn't care for the squash soup. Too sweet and puree like baby food. Most breads have too hard crust for people that have bad teeth can't eat at all. I've only been there once so can't really say anything about the full menu. I did ask for softer bread for my sandwich. The bread was delicious. I ended up giving my daughter my extra hard crust bread and soup.

The food is usually good and it is pricey for the potions on dome items but my comment is about the sewing and board game clubs taking up tight space inside and using up parking places outside. The clubs on the most part aren't ordering food and several bring their own thermos so in other words they ain't spending any money and making it an inconvenience for paying customers.

Ordered 2 bagels WITH cream cheese via uber eats while at work, the store employee signed receipt saying bag was checked with correct items and it was sealed for person to pick up. Got to my job and had no cream cheese, Panera said they couldn’t do crap about it and I had to call uber eats even though it was their own fault, called uber eats and they said it was the stores fault because bag is sealed and told me to call Panera, Panera won’t do crap and I can’t leave work so had to place a whole other order with delivery fees for the cream cheese I had already paid for. Do better. Will be switching to Einstein.

It's been a few years since I've eaten at Panera, so I didn't know they discontinued the panini sandwich I loved. :( The service was S L O W. When I have time to use the restroom 2 times BEFORE they start my order, there are serious issues. No I would/do not recommend Panera. :(

They had me waiting for almost 10 minutes in a DoorDash order they didn’t call it out. I try not to be in their faces n be respectful but I’d appreciate if they would call out the orders and not havin me standing like a dumbass. Just call jt out, the drive was 4 minutes away, could’ve been there and got another order , which is how we make money

I just went thru the drive thru to pick up a bowl of French onion soup and a pastry. When I got home, much to my horror, the soup had leaked thru the bag and onto my purse and a canvas bag. I discovered the problem when I got out of the car. The soup leaked an 8" spot on my sweater before it fell out of the bag and made a MESS on my garage floor. After I explained what happened, the employee offered to prepare another bowl of soup. He would ensure the lid was on tight, and I could pick it up right away. I would have to change clothes, clean up the items I had been carrying and do something with the French onion soup on my garage floor. I declined the offer. I am not a happy customer.
