We had the worst experience today. The stand-alone kiosk to order didn’t work, it would take your order but not your payment. The employee at the register said it’s been a problem all day and suggested using restarting my order at the other kiosk. When I told the manager, he reacted like he didn’t care and was more concerned about talking to two friends instead of dealing with the broken kiosk. On top of that, the soda machine was malfunctioning and over carbonated. The buttons would stick causing the drinks to overflow and it was so carbonated all you got was fizz in the drink. Very disappointing experience.

We expect to pay nine dollars for French onion soup. It should come with cheese and croutons on top, but I was disappointed that it didn't. The soup itself from Panera Bread was fine.

We have DoorDash deliver once a week at least but every time we order a fruit cup lately, they are taking the cheap way out by no strawberries or fruit just cheap melons and pineapple pcs. That is not even close to the pictures
Everytime I come to this location the workers act confused. Not sure if the turn over rate is just really high and it’s a new person every day. They never get my order correct, so I started ordering online and even then they are confused and never friendly when I come to pick it up

Made an order at drive thru. Order was incorrect, called to have it fixed. Supposedly our name is in the book for proper replacement. What was in the bag was delicious. Hope to be able to get the correct order in the near future.
