Usually one of our favorite places to eat when we go shopping in Tyler. We ordered our food and I took out my Panera gift cards to pay and this is when I was told that due to their system being down, they could not accept gift cards. This was not posted on the door or at the cash register. All I got was a short apology. You think that they would have given me a discount on my order. Then my soup just wasn’t that great. Very disappointed in the service and the food which normally are very good.
