I honestly wonder how much extra the greedy corporates make a year by charging $28.99 for two pizzas, and that’s their coupon by the way, and then just not putting the toppings actually on the pizza. Sick of companies charging so much for mediocre food, it’s literally papa johns, you arent making a deep dish pizza from Ginos East and maybe don’t charge an extra $5 just to add a tiny amount bacon to a pizza if you’re gonna forget to add pepperoni to it. The coupon used SAYS 2 TOPPINGS. How do you mess that up? Lower prices and I’ll consider removing the review but until then you guys are stealing from people charging that much and consistently ‘messing up’ orders

So we ordered pizza from them and paid extra for the sauces, the pizzas were cold and the extra sauces we paid for were not included with what was delivered. Tried to call them several times to say something and they never answered the phone and there's no option to leave a message for a manager, it just hangs up on you. So I guess lesson learned, don't order from this papa johns.

Genuinely im not sure what these other comments are about but ever since I moved to a complex relatively close to this location I've been getting my pizza from here, probably once a week or once every two weeks. Everytime I order from here it is good, hot, and the people who work there are always so nice. They always greet me with a smile and are so nice when im picking up my pizza

Alisha came up to the the lobby and yelled at me for listening to praise and worship on this Sunday while sitting in the lobby waiting for my order. She said it was very rude of me to be playing that to where she had to hear it. Your personal views against God are not my issue and I will play his praise. There are no signs posted that the lobby must remain quiet.

Pizza was delivered surprisingly earlier than expected, but did not have marinara sauce on pizza. Only crust, cheese, and pepperoni. I'm not a huge fan of Papa John's. Even less of a fan now. Highly disappointed
I ordered one pizza for carry out at 2:24pm. I went into the store around 2:45 to see if the order was ready or updated as the tracker said nothing. I wasn’t greeted and after 10 minutes someone finally asked what my name was, but that was it. No update. Just a, “what’s your name?”
At 3:15 I finally got my pizza. One pizza took almost an hour. All PJ offered me was an apology. Not coupon or nothing. Tracker wasn’t updated timely, employees were terrible, and the wait was abysmal.

Well first of all they messed up my order then argued with me that they didn’t do I drove the pizza to them and they accused me of moving the toppings on the pizza maam I was at work in emergency animal medicine who has the time for that. I been in surgery all day. This place and the people who work there are a joke! Admit your mistakes and move on!!

I am pet and house sitting litteraly a half mile away from Papa Johns on Broadway but I received a some what warm pizza that took over an hour......again I am half mile away. It's Thursday. Y'all NEED to do better. The pizza itself was pretty good but could have been way better had it been fresh. Will never order from this location again. It would literally be worth driving to pick a pizza up from a farther location. Tip- maybe stop being so cheap and hire actual drivers instead of using door dash. Just a thought.

I ordered a pizza from here and when I realize the online mistake that was not on my part, it was something to do with the system. I went in quickly and promptly when they were still making the pizza and asked them not to put the hamburger on the pizza that my wife is allergic to it the manager of the store completely And utterly ignored that and then cook the pizza and then inform me that would be 45 minutes for her to remake it. This manager at the store should be fired. You should not treat veterans this way Pizza Hut will get all my business. And I’ll be reaching out to any and ever service member I know
