I ordered one pizza for carry out at 2:24pm. I went into the store around 2:45 to see if the order was ready or updated as the tracker said nothing. I wasn’t greeted and after 10 minutes someone finally asked what my name was, but that was it. No update. Just a, “what’s your name?”

At 3:15 I finally got my pizza. One pizza took almost an hour. All PJ offered me was an apology. Not coupon or nothing. Tracker wasn’t updated timely, employees were terrible, and the wait was abysmal.

Well first of all they messed up my order then argued with me that they didn’t do I drove the pizza to them and they accused me of moving the toppings on the pizza maam I was at work in emergency animal medicine who has the time for that. I been in surgery all day. This place and the people who work there are a joke! Admit your mistakes and move on!!

I am pet and house sitting litteraly a half mile away from Papa Johns on Broadway but I received a some what warm pizza that took over an hour......again I am half mile away. It's Thursday. Y'all NEED to do better. The pizza itself was pretty good but could have been way better had it been fresh. Will never order from this location again. It would literally be worth driving to pick a pizza up from a farther location. Tip- maybe stop being so cheap and hire actual drivers instead of using door dash. Just a thought.

I ordered a pizza from here and when I realize the online mistake that was not on my part, it was something to do with the system. I went in quickly and promptly when they were still making the pizza and asked them not to put the hamburger on the pizza that my wife is allergic to it the manager of the store completely And utterly ignored that and then cook the pizza and then inform me that would be 45 minutes for her to remake it. This manager at the store should be fired. You should not treat veterans this way
Pizza Hut will get all my business. And I’ll be reaching out to any and ever service member I know

The manager and agm are doing well. I can tell the owner and regional manager still don't care about their workers. That's inexcusable and frankly disturbing at this late in the business.

Found out they use door dash drivers instead of their own employees. Our order took an hour and 30 minutes to deliver and the site doesn't give you an estimate until you submit it. Order was correct but the food was cold when it got there and the wings had almost no sauce.Overall, disappointing for spending over $60. I will not order delivery from them again because they use door dash. The order takes too long and I would t be surprised if one day they call me after 40 minutes to tell me they don’t have a driver.

I miss ordered party pizzas for the wrong day.They insured me they could still get done. I was a bit hesitant since it was a large order.They made it happen. Pizza we’re ready and hot and a total hit! Appreciate the lady I spoke to and reassured me. Thankful! Always been satisfied!
