A nice young man stopped by my store Sleep City and introduced himself and his new company. Besides the AMAZING tasting cheesy bread he left, he invited my family and employees to stop by. I love that in today's world, it awesome to see a new business get out and introduce themselves to their community. To me, this goes a long way in showing me what kind of company this is.And if they do business as well as they cook this cheesy bread and sauce, then I cant wait to try the rest of the menu.

Tyler store manager, Josh and team member Edward were so kind and helpful with our catering order. They were patient and thorough accommodating specific requests to feed our crowd! Loved their recommendation of double cutting the large slices. Excellent Customer Service!

We arrived at 616 and we were seating by 621. That is where the positives end. We were a group of 4. We sat and waited for 20 mins before our server arrived. Then we got our drinks and waited for our appetizer to arrive. Once it did we waited 30 mins for him to come back and take our order for our main food. Took another 45 mins for the food to arrive. After that we hardly got any refills and he didn't check in with us. We didnt leave till 8 because after we finished our food he didnt come back till 30 mins after we finished. I havent had this bad of service at parrys before. I honestly dont know if I will return.
Edit: I sent an email to the one provided and never got a response back from anyone at Perry's. So I dont see how this shows you care about customers.

I would give it a 0 if I could. Me and my son walked in at 5:00pm today 9/14/25 the restaurant was not very busy at all. We were seated very quickly. No one came over to ever ask for our order or anything all. We walked out at 5:20 never did have one server ever acknowledged us in the 20 minutes we read over the menu. This is the first time I have ever had an issue with this restaurant. We won’t be back for quite a while. If you get ignored when it’s slow. I would hate to see I when the restaurant is busy.
