If I could give 0 stars I would , unfortunately Google won’t let me …. When I first moved to Tyler the Peking on 5th was DECENT…. I unfortunately went out to lunch with a friend and we ordered our lunch there today. I only ever get shrimp fried rice and egg rolls at any Asian restaurant, I ordered … my friend had combination lomein and egg foo young .We got our food brought to us DINING IN, it was served to us in take out To-go platters. I proceed to open and taste my food, the rice was undercooked to the point where it was not even consumable … my friend asked me to try her Lo mein , it was greasy and the amount of salt that was on there was UNBEARABLE! Could’ve made her have a stroke as she has high blood pressure , her egg foo young was a black blob of burned egg , and steak with onions piled highWe called over the guy and asked for our food to be remade he told us no we asked for a refund he told us no again ….The egg rolls were not egg rolls but a sheet of spring roll wrapper with an unknown filling no cabbage no onion nothing in middle …. We asked the cook to come sample what we had not touched and he told us he would, but then huddled up with his coworkers and started speaking in Spanish I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE !Because if you don’t want to taste your own food why serve it to others …. HORRIBLE ! What is even the refund policy if any in place ?

The food was cooked in burned grease? Chicken was burned and egg rolls burned and overcooked. Asked for a refund but was told no and then asked for it to be cooked over and was told no again.

Very disappointed with egg foo young!! It was not even egg foo young!! It was dark brown blob of scrambled egg(?) with meats and veggies piled on top!!! Not at all what I ordered. This was the second chance, the first was the same. I’m done!

They moved. And did not advertise it. Unbelievable. Poor choice to not advertise/market that minor detail, even after CALLING them to inquire.

What If We Could

How does an Asian restaurant screw up white rice? I mean its half cooked and still crunchy. Not coming back till you get some real

Ordered the Sweet and Sour Pork with 1 egg roll and an order of Crab Rangoon.1. Parking is kind of difficult and small, but they do have a drive-thru service.2. Sweet and sour pork was not bad, though the sauce was cold and coagulated. One of the containers tasted watered-down, too.3. Fried rice was just white rice with soy sauce and yes while I know that that is what fried rice is, it didn't taste like fried rice but rather white rice that was just made and they mixed in soy sauce before serving and not actually cooking it. No veggies and one tiny shred of egg.4. Egg roll was just a fried spring roll as someone else mentioned.5. Crab Rangoon was just a cream cheese Rangoon as there was no crab (real or imatation) and not even a hint of flavor or smell of crab. Still good, but not as advertised or what was paid for.Overall, food was mediocre at best. Can't imagine I'd be going back anytime soon.

Ordered the egg rolls and they aren’t even really egg rolls. They are fried spring rolls. One of the 5 was hot, the rest were cold. The sweet and sour sauce was gelatinous and half frozen. When I called to complain the guy couldn’t care less. This place is a joke.
