I ordered a pizza thru the app and put I want to pickup at the window. Noone came to the window for 15 minutes. When they finally opened the window, I asked if the store is open and they slammed the window in my face. I will never order a pizza at the Chapel Hill location again.

We ordered wings through delivery, which was a huge hassle. We have NEVER had this much trouble.We were finally able to order through a delivery service.Unfortunately, unlike our past experiences the food was subpar. We attempted to eat a bit but gave up. The middle of the night came and I was sick! All signs of food poisoning!
This is the best Pizza Hut! The staff is all support friendly, they have never messed an order up, the place is very clean and it's quick and easy using the drive through. Did I mention how great the staff is?
