Been regular since they open the location and all was good , but recently they must have had a change in staff because the service went down the drain. The new manager Vicky Makayla is terrible very rude no customer service skills at all and very unprofessional Will be taking my business to dominos in Chandler, its further but I'll make the drive for better service.

Hub and I went in to order. She would not take pur order from the app for the Ultimate YA. She said we must order online, so we dis. After we order in the restaurant, i then clarified that the instructions asked for toppings to edge. Carla said she would read it. So she she walked away, I asked the AA employee to tell the young lady making the pizza to please push out to pan edges. My family and i will thriw the bread away but why waste it if at edge. I order this everytime and never been a issue. Look at my history. So once theAA goes tell her then the Carla person walks back there to say somthg to her then start helping but why? I ended up with alot of bred on edges and all the meat was in the middle. She tells the young lady who was doing fine w/o her help to only apply so much on the pizza. Which showed my bacon was not ontop. It was a meat lovers pizza that looked good and cheesy without all the meat. The pizza with all the thick bread that was trashed had lots of meat but looked dry with no cheese. When I told her she said the good pizza to the edge she did herself but that was a lie because I watched the young lady do it and she had a good spirit while doing it untilXarla bothered her. Carla or Gale or whatever her name is that claimed to be the night mgr should have fininsh the floor full of soap with the wet sign. BUT SHE WAS SO BUSY TRYING TO MESS MY ORDER UP SHE DID NOT CARE FOR THE PPL SAFETY AS THEY ENTER TO BUY OR GET THEIR ORDER. I have a full video. Service was Zero, atmosphere was Zero and a gealth hazard if I wanted to fall. The heavy female who had no name tag but said her name was Carla left a soapy floor that dried up and my slippers got stuck to the floor.pleaee call for pictures and VIDEO AS PROOF & my receipt

Stopped by the Pizza Hut in Tyler, Texas, because sometimes you just need some greasy comfort food that requires zero effort. The service was quickâalmost too quick. Either they have a highly efficient kitchen staff or my pizza had been sitting there long enough to have its own zip code.
The pizza itself? Not bad. It was hot, it was cheesy, and it did the job. Was it the best pizza Iâve ever had? No. But did I eat way more of it than I planned to? Absolutely. The crust was a little dry, but thatâs nothing a reckless amount of dipping sauce couldnât fix.
The place was clean, though the vibe was somewhere between âfast foodâ and âwaiting room at the DMV.â Not exactly a cozy dining experience, but hey, I came for pizza, not ambiance.
Overall, if youâre in Tyler and craving Pizza Hut, this place will get the job done. Just donât come expecting a life-changing experienceâunless that experience is realizing you can, in fact, eat an entire large pizza alone.

I have picked up at this location several times but today 20 minute wait is crazy for an online order these people donât realize if you are getting paid to pick up food and they hold you up itâs costing because we are loosing money

Whoever the male was working 09/12 night shift and was answering the phone was VERY rude and very nasty when we were calling to get an update on an order that was delivered 40 minutes later than what we were told.
