This place is so clean and has a great ambiance. The beignet's were fresh and delicious. The staff has great customer service. I visited August 31st and Allyssa was friendly and kind! You will not be disappointed.
PJ’s brings a little bit of New Orleans to Tyler…for me that’s a really good thing. The first thing is that they are the only place that I know that has chicory coffee. Maybe you’ve had Cafe Du Monde chicory coffee from the mustard yellow can or maybe you’ve been to the café in New Orleans. Anyway, once you taste the chicory in the coffee, you’ll know if it appeals to you…if it does, this is THE place to get it locally.

If you like New Orleans style coffee. You can get it here. i dont know if the lemonade i ordered was what if typically served in southern Louisiana. If it is, they should give a lemonade from East Texas a try. i just poured the lemonade i order from them on the ground.
