These amazing people catered an event at “His Glory ranch” this past weekend that I attended. The food was absolutely delicious. Melt in your mouth! My favorite was the chicken. They managed to smoke the chicken without drying it out. They also have a very spicy barbecue sauce that I loved. usually when someone says it’s hot, I walk away disappointed, but not here!
