Got there at 10pm for a mobile pick up, the sign says they close at midnight tonight and the one worker I saw ignored me as I went through the drive thru twice. I called the store, knocked on the window, eventually honked to get someone's attention, but nothing. Now I've wasted my time and gas and will have to fight to get my money. Why the hell are they closed two hours early without any notice?

Passed by to purchase a meals for my company employees and noticed the lobby was closed so I went up to drive thru And was told it was closed because the cook was out for the day and they were shortstaffed when I asked for the manager and was told the same thing again I noticed a little young girl come out to tell me that it was closed. Seemed employees where inside chitchatting

This place is horrible. They have issues just making it past the ordering process. Didn't stick around to see if they knew how to prepare the food.

Just stopped by for a quick bite.
Went in and the General Manager took my order. At least that's what was on his nametag.

Ordered
5 piece spicy tenders.
3 Jalapeños
Large red beans and rice
4 bbq

Made it home
5 small pieces of mild tenders
No Jalapeños
75% rice and 25% red beans
2 bbq

All this for $18 and change.
Never again.
Tried calling for an hour.
Set up auto-redial
Phone must be off the hook.. busy

I hope they are able to find more workers. It took 10 minutes sitting at the order speaker. Then I had still had to wait another 10 for the food. The person seemed rude, but also seemed like it may have been just her working alone, or her and one other person. I say this because the front doors were locked. Will not be returning. If you’re in a hurry do not stop here. No telling how long you will be waiting.

For $21 the amount of food I got was ridiculous, I got a 6 piece boneless tender with two coleslaws and it made me hungry literally, can’t afford to get full here heck the amount of chicken in those 6 tenders wouldn’t have amounted to half a breast.
