Food and service were excellent when I came here first time a few years ago. This time the food took forever and the waitresses didn't seem to be as friendly and attentive. The restaurant was almost empty so no reason why the food took so long.

Food not bad. Service really good, well we kinda had to seat ourselves after waiting forever at the hostess stand. I judge a place largely based on their chips and salsa. They did pretty good. The food overall was actually a 4 but i gave them a 3 because the Chicken Tenders at this place are HORRIBLE. they are worse than horrible. The manager made it right so not a big deal, but do not order the chicken tenders. To be fair, it is a mexican restraunt so maybe you shouldnt expect great american food at a mexican restraunt. However, if its on the menu you should make it the best. I would definetly go back here to eat but i will NEVER order chicken tenders and neither should you. Trust me!!! Same goes for Mercados in Tyler, pretty sure they are owned by the same place. They have the exact same Tenders. YUCKKKKK!!!!!! lol

I'm from Oklahoma, and when I visit Tyler, this is my go to place if I'm hungry for tacos. It was delicious as always, and our waitress was sweet as pie and hardworking. I wish I could've gotten her name. I will return soon!

We had a big group of 18 for a Celebration of Life dinner at Pasado's on Gentry. Amanda the manager was very good about scheduling for us and making sure everything was in order. Amber our waitress and her assistant had everything ready for us. Amber did a fantastic job handling 18 people. Our group had a great time thanks to Amber and other staff.
