My rating is based ONLY on the fact that I have tried to cancel twice now. Based on my last experience, the refund takes nearly 7 business days. I have purchased from this company on two separate occasions between years, this time around has proven more difficult when pausing or
cancelling.

I’ve left four 1 star reviews out of 14 reviews I’ve ever made(not all locally) to which I’ve carefully taken the time to review.

I’ve edited my review to reflect more of a logical and conducive approach and a fairer rating to rectify my previous take. However to reiterate, This was the second time we’ve asked for our card to be taken off and membership paused and canceled. I could include pictures of the previous charge and refund to support my case. In my opinion, It should have been taken care of the first time we asked because that was what was told to us by staff. So while I can appreciate you refunding us in that moment which you did, it’s not service I see my family continue to use with the things above being mentioned.

I can positively say, staff have always been respectful and helpful. The Baja bowl is probably one of the best meals there.

The customer service is Amazing. I just purchased my 12 meal pack. This establishment is headed in the right direction! Success!!

Too many odd issues with their system to honestly recommend. Some of the meals are really good and semi healthy. They offer a lot of unhealthy food options which I thought was a bit off for a health and fitness business.
They also spam your text messages.

Let me start with dayum. Just moved to Tyler, and if your looking to get fit, or already fit and tired of meal prepping or don't have time. This is the place to go. The food they got is above and beyond delicious and healthy to help you get your goals. Excellent service to say the least. Thanks PLN for getting my plan built, now I get better food, less shopping, and way less dishes. If you haven't, you need to check these guys out.

A must to go visit if your interested in staying fit & healthy. The smoothies are very good and well worth your time to try for yourself. The onsite staff are very friendly and helpful with the differing food choices they have.
