The inside of every canes looks like a man decorated it. Cute. Consistent. What shouldn’t look like a man decorated it, is the ladies bathroom. Put a purse hook in there.

Ordered a 4-piece meal and got four nugget-sized pieces of chicken. Y’all really out here redefining ‘bite-sized’—I blinked, and my meal was gone. C’mon, Cane’s, don’t do me like this!

This canes used to be so good. For a place that has such a limited menu they can't seem to nail it. I will order and wait longer for butter on both sides toast, then get it wrong. I will ask for my sauce to be subbed and it will be wrong. This time I got cold fries, no butter on both sides and the smallest chicken fingers I've ever paid so much for. Clearly the standard kept at the other tyler location isn't kept here. Sad to see it go down hill so quick over the years. Over priced, bad customer service, and consistently inaccurate orders. Terrible.

I’ve been to this Cane’s several times, and never had problems, but today was quite different. I went through the drive thru, and just ordered a water with lemon. I waited 25 MINUTES for the person ahead of me to get their food, and the thing is, they NEVER even got it! While I was in the drive thru, I called the store and asked what was going on. I was told that they were having problems with their fries. They brought me my water, but I was still stuck in the drive thru, and I really needed to go. I suggested that they let the driver in front of me know that they should pull up. At this point, I spoke to the manager again, and all he had to say was “Sorry.” He didn’t seem to care very much. I know things happen, but there are far better ways to handle a situation like this. I was not reimbursed or compensated in any way, as I felt I should have been. I told him I would not be coming back. Would not recommend.

The chicken fingers just seem to get smaller and smaller. Service is good and food is too but the portions are tiny.

telling me to pull around the whole line when someone was supposed to take my order from the door but the worker was on the whole other side of the building how was i suppose to know she was going to take my order when she was on the other side of the building clowns🤡🤡🤡
