Employees who are not working, yet sitting at the bar, should be respectful to others. Yelling out, telling every man your personal business, expressing negative political views and celebrating the murder of CK. It was rude, disrespectful and so unnecessary. The bar service was excellent, the food was excellent but as for most of us sitting at the bar, it was not enjoyable at all. Each one of us can have completely different view of all subjects but leave the hate at home.

Their bbq burger was good, meat tasted fresh and cooked to perfection. Everything else was good, a good place to unwind and take it easy with pool tables, dart board and appears they have at times, live entertainment.

Another place marked off the list!!! Today I had lunch with my wife and 2 of my boys at the Republic Icehouse. I’m not sure why I’ve never ate here before, but I’m sure glad I stopped in today.
Aside from the cesar salad (lettuce was slightly wilted in places and browning) everything else we ordered was really good.
I ordered the stuffed bacon wrapped jalapeños as an appetizer. They came out nice and hot. We all enjoyed those, seeing as they were gone 5 minutes after they were set on the table. They weren’t spicy at all for all my fellow wimps reading this.
I got the parmesan chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken was tender and lightly breaded. It had a good amount of mozzarella and the marinara wasn’t too much at all. The sourdough bun was nicely toasted as well. I really enjoyed the fries and so did everyone else. They reminded me of a skinnier version of Jucy’s fries.
One of my boys ordered a regular chicken sandwich, which happened to be absolutely massive and the other ordered a patty melt. Both of them really liked their food and had no complaints.
My wife got the steak fingers. I even got to try them myself and I honestly thought they were great. They weren’t overly chewy by any means and the batter was just right. The gravy was also on point.
THEY HAVE GOOD RANCH!!! In case anyone was wondering.
Great service combined with a college like atmosphere made for a good overall dining experience for my family and I.
I can definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some good food. I know I’d like to try the pizza and the burger next time.
Coming early on a Wednesday isn't the best if you're looking for a party atmosphere, but it is calmer in here. Made to order food takes a bit, but everything is delicious. Blue cheese dressing is a bit thin though.
