Horrible customer service. My husband and I went through self check out. I accidentally forgot cheese after I paid so my husband went back to get it while I went to renter the line to pay. The white lady short hair comes behind my husband and I standing there watching us as if we were going to steal cheese. We were clearly paying for it but she stood so close behind us just watching us. She was just racially profile us. I wouldn’t steal cheese and if I was, I would have done it infront of her face rather than hide it. Horrible. Why would anybody come shop here. I would gladly let Brad know about this.

I am so tired of using the grocery pickup and getting expired food in my grocery order. I use grocery pick up due to having a hectic schedule, but I might need to go somewhere else because this happens almost weekly.

A couple times a week I grab lunch from this location. “Meat lovers” from the Pizza Hut Express inside …Never disappointed, great meat proportions and affordable prices. Always fresh and hot & ready.. My last visit was so delightful. “TC” was super friendly and served awesome customer service. There was a bit of a long wait but “TC’s” conversation helped me remain patient. He is such a kind person. I now have a “new friend”. Highly recommend this Pizza Hut location. :)

Large selection of foods. Vegetable department well stacked and area of store very clean. Meat and deli service was a 5 star. Appreciated the number of handicapped parking places. Enjoy going to this store.. my favorite store..
I really like the Rice store. I always enjoy shopping at Berkshires. I miss the "Farmers Market" that was at the West entrance. I hope they bring that back. It was nice to be able to buy local at our regular grocer. I really appreciate them supporting local farmers.

One of the best Brookshires to go to in Tyler. My partner and I literally drive across town to get to it most of the time. The location is always clean and the employees are always respectful and kind. 5/5 Stars.

Brookshire’s has a monopoly in Tyler. They own stores under several different names but they are all still “Brookshire’s”. They gouge the community with their ridiculous prices. A few years ago they tried to severely scale back their reward points system without notifying customers and the backlash was strong. They tried to spin it with the line “You talked and we listened”. Their “See Red” marketing campaign just showed how overpriced all those items were to begin with. By the way-those process crept right back up afterwards. They also began disallowed alcohol to qualify for reward points. That allowed them to raise their alcohol prices to exorbitant levels to get the profit without giving the reward points. For example, the wine I enjoy costs $18.99 at Brookshire’s while it costs only $12.99 at Target and Kroger’s. Another example is their chicken breasts are $4.79/lb while Kroger’s has them for $3.50/lb. Thankfully I get to visit my daughter in College Station frequently and stock up on all the things that Brookshire’s doesn’t have and charges way too much for. Please stop taking advantage of your captive demographic.

Always a great place to shop for your grocery needs. They have a good selection, good prices, and great specials along with a friendly and helpful staff. Also, you have the option of self check out, but they still have plenty of cashiers and even sackers to bag your groceries and take them to your car. That is something that is becoming a rarity because big corporations would rather have you do the work so that they can increase their profits. Thank you, Brookshires, for remaining a neighborhood supermarket.
