When we walked in it seemed pretty slow but the atmosphere was great and the restaurant was clean. We were greeted and seated promptly, our waitress took our drink order and shortly later we ordered out food. Two large tables came in shortly after that, it took awhile for our waitress to come back refill our drinks, which is completely understandable with how busy they had gotten. I ordered the chicken Alfredo, 15.95$ it was inedible. I believe the Stauffers microwavable version is better then the bland sauce and sorry slimy chicken that was sliced into little thin squares I was served. I could not eat it, I told our waitress as much, I took my toddler outside while my partner paid, he was informed the owner was there and didn't want to give a refund which is fine but really poor customer service.

Hubby and I just tried it for the first time. Was able to bring our small pup and sit on the patio. Service was great. Food was delicious. (Pasta Dish & Calzone) We will be back. Thanks for a nice evening out.

Walked in and was immediately seated, a table of 4.came in right behind us. They received water, bread and wine and that's when I started my timer. We sat there another 5 minutes and then walked out. We were never acknowledged.

The food was EXCELLENT. The waitress however, and I'm being generous with 3 stars was horrible. Yes it's Valentines Day, so she was busy. Not crazy busy but getting there. Not one time did she offer refills on drinks or check on us. My husband ordered eggplant with veal parm. but no eggplant on the plate. I think she might have ordered the wrong thing but he ate it anyway because it was very good. I am not in a hurry to return. They really need more help.

Food wasn't too bad, but service was a little slow and there weren't many patrons that night.

Once again food was amazing. Roma's starts you off with bread with oil and seasonings on the side. This time we ordered the mediterranean chicken salad and meat lovers pizza. We even enjoy the crust on our pizza. The ambiance is more low key with background music. Here on a Tuesday night so not so busy. Servers give the right amount of time for checking up on us. We would have loved it to have the salad before the pizza, so next time we will ask for it this way (only way I get the hubby to eat rabbit food ) prices are great, food is great and service is great. Definitely coming back as it's one of my favorite restaurants in Tyler.

Bumpy food experience. Bread and oil was stellar! Outstanding! Salads, side, were really good, fresh greens, fresh grated mozzarella, a nice size.I ordered eggplant rollatini, husband chicken parm. My eggplant was very good, not the best but very acceptable, especially considering the entree price. Husband's chicken parmesan was way overcooked, basically almost burned. Tough, dry, inedible. Pasta was nothing special but a nice size and sauce tasted fresh. The shocker was an almost 1" thick wedge of Italian Cream cake, and it seemed to be housemade. It was dry, very dry, and eight dollars for a very thin slice. OUCH! For 8 dollars, I expect better and more cake. Service was a little slow before first encounter, but once she got with us, it was beyond reproach.
