This was my first time trying Rounders. The pizza was good, but it didn’t quite live up to the hype for me. I ordered the “Budd Burner”—flavor-wise it was okay, but definitely overcooked. We also got their wings with the same sauce, and those ended up being the highlight of the meal—flavorful, well-cooked, and worth ordering again. Tyler has a lot of great local pizza spots, and while Rounders wasn’t bad, it just didn’t stand out for us compared to others.

I placed an order an had to wait 30 minutes until I realized I was forgotten about. If you decide to eat here, hound them to make sure you are not forgotten. I got my refund but management looked like they did not care. If you want to pizza just go to Bruno’s.
Great pizza and service. Clean & family friendly.

$48 for 1 medium bbq chicken pizza , 1 medium 3 topping pizza , and 1 small ranch sticks. Pizza was overcooked and dry. Could not taste or see the sauce on either pizza. First time trying this place. I will stick to ordering dominoes.

Pretty typical American style pizza. Nothing special at all. The service is great and the atmosphere is nice (sometimes they have live music), but the pizza is just... Meh.

Update: I was able to get in touch with the owner. he offered an apology and refund
I had an unpleasant experience at the Rounders Pizza Tower location in Tyler, Texas. After ordering a personal pizza online and waiting 10–15 minutes, I arrived to find the staff unaware of my order. The cashier couldn’t locate it, and the manager questioned whether I had the right location, even after I verified the address and phone number. Lina became defensive when I mentioned I had paid and suggested my money was taken without an order being made. Later, she discovered their iPad was off, meaning they had missed my order along with two others. Despite realizing the error, she offered no apology and dismissed me while continuing to serve other customers. Another staff member, Alex, eventually apologized, but I was never given a way to contact the owner or corporate, which I found unacceptable.
