>>>NEVER AGAIN<<<
I tried Rounders Restaurant in Tyler, TX. I ordered a ham and provolone sub sandwich and was disappointed when I opened it up and found one thin small slice of ham on it. This sandwich was mostly bread, full of lettuce, once slice of tomato, very thin slice of ham and Provolone cheese. I showed it to my colleagues at our luncheon and everyone laughed and some stated that it looks like I received a bread and lettuce sandwich.
I asked the table waiter if I could have at least one more slice of ham on my sandwich and he immediately retrieved the Manager.
When the Mgr. arrived, I showed him the sandwich and he stated, “this is the way we make it, so deal with it because you’re not getting any more ham”.
Zero Customer Service whatsoever!!

Yes, this is trivial and there are starving people in the world that would beg for even once piece of bread. My concern is how the manager handled this and his response to my question. His lack of understanding and empathy was terrible… The sandwhich wasn’t worth ordering again and for that matter, I will not be returning to this restaurant ever again.
We eat lunch out every weekday and I’ve never had this kind of experience at any restaurant.

They play the music too loudly. I'd like to have a conversation without talking so loud

First time in Tyler and we went out on a limb trying the Chicken Alfredo pizza. It was absolutely fantastic! Not too greasy, cooked perfectly, generally great. I love the selection of hot sauces. Very clean, friendly staff, and it didn't take very long from the time of ordering to enjoying it. A large had 3 adults full so that was great. We spent $32 with drinks and pizza. If I'm ever in Tyler again I definitely would like to visit this place again.

This was my first time trying Rounders. The pizza was good, but it didn’t quite live up to the hype for me. I ordered the “Budd Burner”—flavor-wise it was okay, but definitely overcooked. We also got their wings with the same sauce, and those ended up being the highlight of the meal—flavorful, well-cooked, and worth ordering again. Tyler has a lot of great local pizza spots, and while Rounders wasn’t bad, it just didn’t stand out for us compared to others.
