Gave them my name, phone number.Then was told the price was $38 and some change.When I asked how the price got to be $38 , I was told "the prices change". I asked what that meant, was told "because you're coming to get it and stuff".I responded, so there's NO pizza for 10.99?Click.First time I've been hung up on by a restaurant .Won't try again.

Great pizza and fantastic spot to dine-in. Be sure to check pizza order when getting to go. Ordered extra ranch and sauce for $75 order, and got home with non of my extra paid sauces. Overall, great pizza place.

Disappointed in the customer service and care. I was asked to drive back for an error in my order, the missing jalapeños and missing desert sauce. They wanted me to show them my pizza didn’t have jalapeños on it. Very strange and no apology at all. The pizza was good, but not worth 2 errors in my order. Overhead another customer with the same issue.

Called in 2 Xtra lg chicken bacon ranch Pizzas and 2 orders of pepperoni rolls for dinner for my family and I drove 20+ minutes one way in the rain to pick up the order. I got there and was told to wait because they hadn't started it yet. After another 20 minutes, I was given my order. I got home opened the pizza box and I was given the wrong order. I called and explained the mixup. Was told because of the inconvenience my order would be remade for free. I drove another 20+ minutes in the rain and arrived to pick up my order a second time only to be told I'd have to pay full price. I talked to the "manager" and explained what happened and the arrangement that was told to me. I was told that he didn't care and wasn't going to do anything to fix the problem. If this is the way I'll be treated I probably won't be back.
I absolutely love Rounders! The fun atmosphere, cold beer, and consistently perfect pizza make it a favorite spot. The chicken bacon ranch pizza is seriously the best!

Ordered a XL pizza to-go with bacon, beef, and onion on half. When picking up the pizza saw all the toppings were on only half, told them the pizza was wrong and the response was "well that was how it was made." Then it was dismissed no offer to fix their mess up or anything. Just pay them to make the pizza how they want it to be I guess. Tried calling over a dozen times to the phone ringing and a couple times they picked up just to hang up the phone. If the pizza ordered is not made they need to fix it or refund the money not ignore problems.
