I called to place an order for a school team who’s traveling to Tyler, Texas. They’ve had Saltgrass for 3 consecutive years when they travel. I was told they didn’t have enough product to feed 30-35 guests. We only wanted burgers.
I inquired about chicken sandwiches instead and was told by management they were waiting on a response from Edgar.
Trucks arrive on Monday with product. You don’t have 35 burger patties? I was informed there was “plenty of chicken”. I let Meghan know chicken sandwiches would work and I needed a price. I followed up a few hours later and received a response from Meghan: “I guess we are not doing it”
What type of establishment turns away paying guests? This is definitely a personal attack and it’s very disgusting to say the least.

They take care of you if anything goes wrong(only happened one time) 30 top made it hard on the kitchen. The manager made it right. The food is always fresh and delicious. Prime rib, ribeye, filet, etc. Its all yummy!

Thanks for ruining our Thanksgiving. We had reservations for 2:45 for 5 people. We checked in at 2:30 and was seated at 3:15. But that was ok because it was Thanksgiving. After we had our drinks and ready to order we were then told that they had no more turkey dinners. They could have told us when we checked in or already sitting at table, but no one bothered to tell us or people after us. Would have left if everyone wasn't so hungry. This is very poor management and deceptive. Will never eat there again or recommend it.

Came here for Thanksgiving, the staff were absolutely wonderful. It was very busy, but the staff were quick and efficient. Our server, Lauren, was incredible! The porterhouse was delicious and actually reasonably priced.
