We waited over an hour on our food! Service was awful..i had to go get a manager to take our order and to top it off..all our food was not pleasing. All 3 steaks were not cooked as ordered! We will not be returning EVER!!

Absolutely the worst dining experience in Tyler. We were told that the tortilla soup is now seasonal, there were no baked potatoes, we settled for the potato soup which was cold but the worst of all was the steak. I ordered the 12 oz Pats Rib Eye and my wife ordered the 10 oz Pats Rib Eye both cooked Med . When the steaks arrived they were as thin as jerky and just as tough. However, on a positive note our server “ Roman” was awesome and even offered us free desert which we declined. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone I like but would be perfect for the people I don’t like.

I was in town for business and stumbled into Salt Grass Steakhouse and was so happy I did! The food and service were outstanding. Josh G took such good care of us and we enjoyed talking to him very much. The steaks were perfect and highly recommend the bacon wrapped bbq shrimp!!! Hope to come back!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. 45 minute wait is outrageous when there’s multiple open tables & at least 10 people left right when we got there & no one was in front of us. Food was good service is asinine

We just found our new favorite waitress!! Food was good, but the service was PHENOMENAL!! She anticipated our every need, was friendly and attentive. Definitely request Susanna if you decide to visit this Saltgrass! Amazing customer service is hard to find these days, she’s definitely an asset. She recommended we try the new mozzarella appetizer and it was so good!! 5 stars all around!
SALTGRASS IS A FANTASTIC SPOT! I don’t think I’ve had a single meal there that I didn’t like and I’ve been there 7 or 8 times in the past month. The happy hour deals are amazing, the staff are incredibly kind and thoughtful, and the bar manager (cute girl with dark brown hair) is phenomenal. I should try to get her number :)I’ve been making some great friends at Saltgrass and they are keeping my business! Very chill and hospitable atmosphere, and as a true Texan, food matters to me greatly. Couldn‘t be happier!

Our server, Suzanna, was absolutely incredible! She was sat back to back multiple times and still showed all of the guests a wonderful experience. We were celebrating our daughter’s 18th birthday and we had the best time we have ever had in a restaurant! We laughed, we shared and we cried! Thank you!

My ribeye was thin but tender. My cousin ordered a filet with mushrooms. Her steak and mushrooms were black. She spent 37.00 and only ate a piece of bread and drank a glass of tea. We visited on 3-29-24 and were from out of town.
