The quality of the Sbarro keeps getting worse and worse I passed through her every once in awhile and I noticed that the food here is old burnt sometimes just really bad I love Sbarro but not at this location they really need to revamp and retrain and throw away old food at the end of the night... they're lucky I threw away all of the gross food I should have taken pictures

This the local DK. Before I knew what DK stood for, I called it Donkey Kong. So I love my Donkey Kong. I Fill up here every week. The ladies that work there are always friendly and nice. I enjoy the reward system that they have that allows you to get cheaper gas. .

Looking for sth fast to enjoy with my family while contemplating the sunset at Tyler State park. The service in this place was awesome. The attendant was very kind and even offered to bake a fresh pasta for our order. If you like good pizza, pasta, and stromboli at a fair price, and you're on a rush, this is your place!

I liked the pizza but onions are uncooked and I felt bad when we tried to eat it. However, workers were helpful and they did half buffalo half bbq sauced chicken pizza. Price was good. Overall we liked the place. Thanks

Very surprised with sbarro as it is in a gas station the employees make fresh food every 2 hours on the dot to keep up with their standards and health code. They cut fresh veggies for the food EVERY DAY!! fresher product than I ever had working at Dominos! Customer service is great and any issues are always handled appropriately by the managers. If you ever have an issue, keep your receipt and talk to any of their managers and they'll take care of you 🖤

I have always enjoyed eating a pizza at this establishment. However, a couple of weeks ago I stopped there and the food was burnt on the bottom. I dont mean just a little burnt but charcoal burnt. When I told the employee this he shrugged his shoulders and said that's the way they are cooked. He admitted he used the wrong pan. He refused to cook more and get my order right. I literally had to cut the burnt layer off with a plastic knife. The establishment is in violation of standard health codes to begin with. After the food is cooked it sits out without a heat lamp, then reheated when customer orders. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My family and I have been to this location 4 times. The pizza and service has always been fantastic! Looking forward to our next visit! The pizza is top quality! I wish there was a storefront within the city limits of Tyler.

Native New Yorker in Texas for many years. Patron of Sbarro in Brooklyn, and eventually Times Square in the 1980’s when I lived in Hell’s Kitchen.I was happy when Sbarro opened in Tyler, Tx although just a satellite shop of the original. Not quite the true NY pizzeria that made it a NYC institution, but still very good for NY style pizza in Texas. We drive by it every day going to and from work and stop once a week to pick up a pie. We call ahead from work, 15-20 minutes away and it’s ready when we pass to pick it up at the DK gas stop. The service when they first opened was fabulous. Really refreshing in this day of lost customer service. But it is now slipping, which was my fear when we ate there on their opening day and met a family member who’s connected to the original Bklyn owners. The dough pressing has been uneven, leaving you paper thin crust on one side and thick as Italian bread on the other side.Today on our way home, they wouldn’t even answer the phone to take an order. I called DK gas station to see if they were closed or if their phones were out, but they said all is working and they are there. Needless to say, we continued to drive by, as we are tired after work and do not like to order and wait 20 mins. Sorry, that’s us. That’s why we call ahead. I’m sure we will try again next week, but I’m not optimistic that this Sbarro will be what it started out as. And I’m sure the owner is fine with that, as long as they make their money.Good luck.

Good pizza. Great dough and the ham on the Hawaiian pizza was of very good quality. I bought two slices and got a free large soda.
