I love Schlotz a lot!!! The food is great. The store by the hospital has the friendliest service and is the cleanest restaurant I've ever seen I think. The app is frustrating but that's not the fault of the fine people at the store.

I eat here usually 4-5 times a month. Food is good service is ok. But today. I couldn't believe the treatment or the food. First I ordered the pick two. My every time order. Beef Smokecheesy and potato soup. I received a Beef and cheddar. No biggie she didn't hear me correctly. But when I tried to tell them that it was wrong she was rude and demanding. If it didn't have lettuce and pickle I would have just taken the beef and cheddar. Then after about 10 more minutes I got what I ordered. But they use the dried out tough ends of the meat that was hard to chew and did jot taste right. I guess they showed me. I will jot gone back here. Ever. Jersey Mikes here I come.

TL;DR - You're better off going to Subway if you want a sandwich.
The workers were nice and it was clean. And that's where the positives end. The chips were lackluster, and the best I can say about the sandwich is that it was edible. This place managed to make the sourdough bun taste, and I'm actually impressed by that, because I wouldn't have thought it possible. While I have no intention of going to any Schlotzsky's again, I have to wonder if the non-sandwich options are truly spectacular, because otherwise I can't fathom how they're still around and the far superior Quiznos *isn't*.

The quality of the sandwich ingredients were wonderful and the sandwich flavors and preparation was exactly what I would always expect from Schlotzsky's.
The service was wonderful; the staff were friendly, kind and very helpful when I was trying to decide between several delicious options.
There were plenty of very healthy items in the menu and I love that you can customize as you wish; customizing the order was a breeze.
The restaurant and it's facilities were very clean and definitely inviting.
