I ordered plain glazed chocolate donuts. Do you not make the yeast glazed chocolate donut like the plain glazed donuts. I've been getting these from Shipley's not this Shipley's though. Very disappointing.

The lady at the window couldn’t get my order correct even though I repeated it twice. Not too mad about that until I reapproached the drive thru to express my concerns. I tried to empathize with her by letting her know I understood she can’t recycle the food, however I’m a paying customer who is unsatisfied. She then made a racist remark about my head wrap asking how could I work in a restaurant with that. She also lied and said I asked for what she got me, told me I could come inside and watch the recording, and when I came in she refused to show me and began recording me and yelling at me. I hope you guys find someone who represents your character and morality better because this was completely unacceptable.

The Shipley’s at the loop and 5th street says they are not part of the online Shipleys and don’t accept he orders. The Uber driver was at the window trying to pick it up. I had no indication that anything would be wrong with my order. They told us finally when we drove to the other location that the problem was Uber not reimbursing them for any online orders.
Don’t place an online order for Shipleys in Tyler. I really wish we had a Krispy Kreme

Highly recommend ! Best donut spot on 5th street their donuts are sweet and fluffy always fresh. The spot is clean And the customer service is on point!
I love Shipley donuts. I drove 15 minutes out of my way this morning to get one. Spent 15 minutes at counter never got acknowledged. Customers going through drive though but no one would wait on me. The person behind counter was dealing with a problem and never even asked if I needed anything or asked the person in the back to help me. So after waiting for more than 15 minutes I left without getting and donuts. Will never be back. Worst customer service. Horrible
