UPDATE: I called and was told to bring the old donuts back. I did just that, and the lady at the Troup Highway location laughed in my face and told me she wasn’t replacing the order. I didn’t want money, just the correct donuts. I asked for the manager, and she refused to tell me. I asked for the owners information and she told me to Google. I will NEVER patronize that location again. I called the Shipley’s location near Planet Fitness to get the owner’s or manager’s name. The gentleman that answered the phone was surprised at how I was treated and told me to come to his location to get my order corrected.
My husband ordered three glazed donuts, but when opened the bag, he was given three chocolate donuts. Very disappointed. I plan to go tomorrow, and hopefully they will correct the issue, and I will change my rating.

First time buying from here.... donut holes were cold and stale. I bought an orange juice and noticed it looked weird and turns out its expiration date was November 2022. We're in 2025....

Moving from H-Town to T-Town... the Culture shock alone has been a bit of a transition... but one thing I can HAPPILY admit, this Shipley's is a taste of Home! Rolled threw Drive-Thru at about 9:30 am for a 12 pk of donuts. (6 Glazed and 6 Choco $12.99 plus tax) The donuts were so fresh, still hot and so so good! Took just a few minutes thru Drive Thru and I was at home in a jiffy. Thank for being consistent with a taste of Home! We will definitely be back!

Tried 3 times this week to grab a donut. Drivethru is crazy slow. Drove off all three times. Today i was the second car in line, right behind the window. 10 min, drove off. Ridiculously slow.
If you want yo wait 15 min for a donut in the drive thru, this is the place for you.
