What a great restaurant. My friend's and I flew into the airport today. And oh man what a surprise to eat here. The Special was Chicken, Mash Potatoes w Gravy, and Pinto beans. The chicken was very moist and flavorful. Two of us decided to go with salad in place of the pinto beans. The waitresses had the kitchen make a honey/mustard dressing for one of us fresh as they had run out of the dressing we had requested. First class service is a diner! The desert was great big slices of Lemon Meringue Pie, and a Brownie A La Mode that was easily the biggest brownie I have ever see offered. The attached museum with vintage military aircraft was cool too. Highly recommend!

It's Lunchtime by the time you open!
This is a little old fashion diner. The hamburgers are freshly made and delicious. Homemade pie for dessert. We just happened to find this place on our way home to Killeen. We will be back.
Great Food, Great Atmosphere.
Excellent food and very friendly people.
Food was great, services was great and can't beat the planes taking off
Excellent service and great atmosphere! The food was delicious! Hand smashed hambers and homemade dressings.
Just happened to be driving by at lunchtime and saw the sign. Went in with no expectations! We ordered the hand pattied burger with everything. It was perfect! The bun was delicious. Crinkled fried were good. We had multiple folks check on us for refills, offer homemade pie and anything else we needed. Precious ladies were glad to serve! Tomorrow’s lunch special is meatloaf. We might drive the 30 miles to eat with them again! I left my purse and the lady ran out to catch us so I didn’t leave it! So sweet.

Good food, great service, reasonably priced.
Wanted to see aviation planes but was told they were moving them around from last week's air show. We decided to have lunch at the diner and it was great ?.

This on-airport cafe is great. Ignore all the old reviews. Owner Rebekah is awesome. I've had the bacon cheeseburger and club sandwich recently and they're fantastic. They just got waffle fries for yet another side option. If you're veggie/vegan, the black bean burger is what you want, or one of the salads. Big windows with views of the ramp and runways. Open 8:30-2 Wed-Sat, with breakfast till 10:30 except all day on Saturday. Fly in and someone will come let you in the gate from the ramp.
