This was my first time at slims chicken and I was pretty dissapointed, I was in the drive through and my chicken sandwich was room temperature, and super chewy. Hey Slim Chickens on Troup Hwy in Tyler, door dashers do not work for you & are not supposed to fix the drinks. The drinks should be ready when the dasher gets there. We are not employed by Slim Chickens. McDonald’s & Burger King even has the drinks ready! Start doing YOUR job!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$... first and last time going for WINGS. They may have other "good" stuff but I tried their wings. Sauce was runny and chicken was TOUGH!! VERY overpriced as well.

I had a horrible experience with one employee out of dozens of great ones.
The General Manager is amazing though and listened to my headache of an explanation. He didn't have to do that.
Thank you :( 1/5 to that one employee, but 5/5 literally to everyone else. ( also 5/5 to her if she wouldn't be so UNREASONABLE and MEAN )

The have great food, good service, and the staff is always friendly. My only issue is that every time I try to order a milkshake, they keep telling me they don’t have any because their machine is broken. I think they have them, they are either just lying to the people to get them to stop ordering them because of the high demand or they’re too lazy to clean out the machine after use. They are basically pulling that McDonald’s crap, if you’re no longer serving them then atleast remove it off the menu. You’re causing an inconvenience to the customers appetites. ?

Manager would not allow tvs changed to football games. We had cartoons on the TV near us while Sunday games were on. No kids in our section. No one watching cartoons. This was our first time to this location. We'll stick with other locations.

You won't go wrong nor be disappointed with Slim Chickens because for one, the pickin's are slim. My favorite menu item is the Crispy Chicken Sandwich meal. It's different from that other national chain, but in a really great way. My family really enjoys getting hot wings from here, and someone is always getting their tenders. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. We usually eat here after church on Sundays, so try to get there closer to noon. By 12:30 pm, they're packed, which is usually a great sign of good food.
They have chicken and waffles! How fun is that?! Their sweet tea is really good--good and sweet. Get their app and get rewards. They also have delivery. Great! Now that I'm thinking about Slim Chickens I'm hungry!
