I ordered 4 buffalo tender Mac bowls and I heard the ladies repeatedly tell the cooks we wanted 4 buffalo tender Mac bowls and they still only gave us two and two regular tender Mac bowls.PLEASE check your bags before you leave, I've had more situations like this with things being missing and having to drive back and also getting the wrong food with this specific location, this is just the most recent one today.

When the girl took my order she was so rude and seemed like she genuinely didnt care about me or my experience in this place. Then she brought me my food and i found 3 hairs in my wrap, when i went to take it back i noticed the cooks had no hats or hair protection on, i am extremely disappointed, as i paid almost 40$ for my food. Then she brings me my remake, and it's completely wrong my wrap was supposed to be fried and tossed in garlic parm, it came out grilled and drenched in ranch. This place will never get my money again.

Check your bag before you leave if you order takeout. Paid for extra sauces, but got 0 sauces when I got home. Sandwiches are also not worth the price and are low quality. You're better off going next door to Chik Fil A.

I always get the chicken and waffles. Four chicken strip and a Texas shaped waffle. Only issue is they provide 1 syrup and it requires at least 2. They charge for second syrup. If you remember bring your own maple syrup, this brings the dish to another level.
You can smell it thru the bag baby. Give me a pound of your sweetest chicken.

Had an amazing experience today. I was picking up with Uber. It was an amazing atmosphere Bree and Ruby's were amazing. Their customer service skills was Beyond exceptional makes me want to return at this location more than others. These 2 young ladies deserve a raise.

When orders are being picked up for doordash or Uber eats please, make sure that everything is being placed together for the order. I just had to get a refund from Uber eats because i did not receive my entire order. My son got to eat dinner, but I didn't. 😡
