I’m always amazed at how happy the employees are at this location. Jacob G took my order today and he was probably one of the most genuinely nice people I’ve yet to meet. That is extremely rare in the fast food industry. If that man isn’t a manager then they need to promote him ASAP! If he is a manager then they need to get him is own location! If this is his location then he is right where he needs to be. Chick-fil-A needs to take notes!

I visited Slim Chicken today and ordered some nuggets. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by filthy ketchup packets. They had something unidentifiable on them, which transferred onto my hands while I was eating. I didn't realize it until I bit into a nugget and saw the mess on my fingers. It completely ruined my meal—I could barely finish three nuggets before my appetite disappeared. Very disappointing!

First time to any Slim Chickens & it was fabulous! The staff was friendly & the place was clean. Kids & I will be coming back. My kids didn’t appreciate a toy with their kids meal, so I’m sure they’d give a 3 start for that. 🤭
