This place is utterly disgusting. I ordered a sandwich and it was raw… how do you not know how to put chicken in a fryer??? The manager just gave me a free jar and said I’m sorry and refused a refund. I think her name was Heaven? She sure wasn’t sent down from Heaven. DO NOT GO HERE!!

It's a far drive from Lindale, but worth it! My order that usually has 6 items is always out quick and correct! Portions are great and delicious! Clean location!Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space for families of all sizes to sit!

Poor people there,can't articulate answers. I walked out because I asked there sizes on mushrooms ,size of chicken strips. I quote -'small,you know? I asked can you show me ,please an she says this.well. there small sized you know . Small...I've never been to this chain before. Manager behind her walked up an he says same damn answer. What's going on with this place.It was like the twilight zone of stupid.Made this store look badly

First time ordering through the mobile app it was so easy and it took them less than 2 mins to bring my food out once I arrived. I tried the new loaded queso fries and they were delicious.

This place was delicious. I wish we had one in Shreveport. ( Hint Hint) They had a great menu and the chicken was good. Nice amount of available sauces, and I left wanting to come back to try more.

I came here a couple weeks ago, went through the drive-thru, and ordered an 8 wing meal. When I got home, it was an entirely different order so they clearly got it mixed up. Fortunately, I live relatively close so it wasn't the biggest inconvenience, but it was certainly annoying.I get back to the restaurant, go through the drive-thru again and explain that they gave me the wrong order and that I paid for an 8 wing meal. They apologize, take the wrong order, and hand me another order. I should have checked it on the spot because when I got home it was a 6 piece meal. I wasn't going to go back.I called the store, spoke with the manager, and they offered a free 8 wing meal next time I came in. I took them up on that offer the following week and everything was great. My rating is a combination of the headache from the first visit and also their willingness to make things right.All things considered, I will likely be back. They're really good wings.
