I got a custom Naruto cake done for a great price and it tasted delicious and was enough to feed a party of 10. I worked with Jill on specialty birthday cakes for our girls and we were so happy with how they turned out. Jill was so patient with me and always kind, courteous and proactive over the phone and in person. She really helped bring my vision to life. We ordered a strawberry cake as well as a 1/2 chocolate & 1/2 vanilla combo sheet cake and all 3 were moist and delicious :)

Friday @ 6:55 PM with the “OPEN” sign lit up. Prime time to make a quick sale as a small business.. Nope, doors locked. I didn’t make it back to my car before the owner turned off the lights. Maybe you saw someone trying to buy what you’re selling, but you wanted to peace out a few minutes early instead? It was quite the coincidence. I’ve stopped more times at this place without buying something than I’ve left with anything because they only make specific cupcakes on the days they choose, and now apparently don’t bother sticking to the hours they post on their own door.
We should support small businesses and will continue to do so with this one, but charging your customers $5.00 per cupcake when you can’t keep your doors open during business hours is a little concerning. And, reading other reviews on here gives me the idea I’m not the only one who has had a poor experience with this one particular employee (owner). Increased prices call for better service - it’s a little off balance here.

How do you sell Dog treats (pup cups) and don’t allow dogs in the establishment. I get it but I don’t. Very disappointing. Just for reference I don’t even have a big breed, it’s a French bull dog!

Went in today and I was determined to buy some Keto cup cakes. I have tried them before. The are pretty good. But the Service made me not want to buy them today. Don't know if the lady was having a bad day, but her mood was not very customer oriented. I decided to move on and give my business to someone else.
