I have come to love getting a vegan smoothie but I HATE how long it takes to get one! The service is beyond ridiculous. 30 minutes is a good day! Do better smoothie king!

This place has to be the most disrespectful, unsanitary, establishment in Tyler, TX. The workers don’t wash their hands, have disrespectful attitudes, just totally unprofessional behavior!!! This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!

I just want to say thank you. I was having a stressful morning this morning I got to school late didn't have time for breakfast if I would have went anywhere else I would have been late to school but I put an order in online at your troop location when I got there it was ready I walked in, grabbed it walked out and got. To school with 15 minutes to spare. So thank you for making my morning a little less stressful by having my order ready and making it so easy. It even gave me time to voice text this review in before class.

This was normally my go to place for a smoothie, but after today NOPE. I walked in around 12:20 there were two girls working and no one even spoke. I let that slide because maybe they were busy, they walked past the front counter multiple times still not saying a work just a few glances. One girl was obviously upset because she couldn't hear the drive thru and made it visibly known. Still not one word spoken to me, after a minute her coworker said "I'll be with you in a minute" I responded It's okay I'll just leave. I've never experienced this from this location before and I would normally go daily before work. Customer service is very important and everyone should be treated with respect!!
