I came through the drive through the other day and a young girl, I believe her name was Daja or something with a D, was very rude to me. I asked for a styrofoam cup and she made a face and slammed the window. I assumed she was having a bad day so I let it slide. Then I try my smoothie and it was super watery. I know things can get crazy when it's busy but I spent $10 on that smoothie. So I asked her to fix it and she got an attitude with me. I'm very disappointed because I usually have a great experience everytime I go here. The manager needs to have a talk with the young ladies working the window.

The Old Jacksonville location is located less than a mile from my office, so it convenient to get breakfast or lunch on my way to the office. I have ordered from this Smoothie King many times in the last two years, usually once or twice a week. Trust and loyalty has been established because I have never had any complaints or issues with the quality, speed, ease of ordering and reciving my smoothie, or the friendliness of the employees. Also, I have seen the owner of this location in the store many times and he always asks if there is anything they can improve on, so I know he cares and it is definitely apparent in the way they operate. They have truly gained a customer for life for their consistency in always offering a high level of service and product. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

The strawberry smoothy used to be my favorite, but I guess they've cut back on how much strawberry they put in the smoothies. Now the flavor tastes like watery splenda with a hint of cream and strawberry. Very disappointing.

Smoothie King on Old Jacksonville in Tyler is definitely blending up some goodness, but there’s a little room to turn this smoothie stop into a truly royal experience.
Walking in, the place has a clean and welcoming vibe, though the energy behind the counter could use a little extra boost—maybe a shot of espresso or some of that energizer blend. The service was friendly, but let’s just say they weren’t exactly breaking any speed records.
The smoothie itself? Nice and refreshing, with a good mix of flavors—though I was hoping for a bit more “wow” in the blend” rather than just “pretty good.” The texture was mostly smooth, but there were a few unexpected ice chunks, like little surprises I wasn’t quite looking for.
The prices are on the higher side, but hey, when you’re sipping on something that’s packed with fruit and protein, you kind of expect a premium pour.
Overall, Smoothie King is a solid pit stop for a tasty and nutritious drink, but with a little more consistency and a touch more energy, it could truly reign supreme!

The workers at this location are literally the most kind people. I go to this one a lot and my favorite is the Go Go Goji bowl. I usually add extra honey to it.Go there, the people and service are just awesome!

I ordered the special chocolate fudge sundae which had the gladiator protein, yogurt, cocoa, and dates. Only thing I added was fiber. As soon as I drank it I started to have a reaction as I am highly allergic to tree nuts with ingesting them. I opened my drink and it had tiny pieces of some sort of nut. I even called to verify there weren't supposed to be any in there and they confirmed so. Thankfully I stopped drinking it after a few sips otherwise I would have had a severe reaction which would have been detrimental for not only me but also my pregnancy. I WILL NOT go back to this one.
