I love the sonics around here. Its nice to drive up and use the app for a quick bite. Their options and quick service allow me to get a decent bite during work hours or when im in a rush.

So there is obviously a new crew from my previous review. I ordered 2 drinks and waited 15 minutes. After I saw that Janiyah was on her way to deliver my drinks the screen went back to asking for a payment. I pressed the cash button then waited 20 minutes. I got frustrated with waiting so long for such a simple order that I left. There is no way 2 drinks take over 30 minutes.

This location was friendly clean and fast. Honestly all we got was 5 route 44 waters but the service was way better than other sonics as well as random fast food joints I've been to. Plus 5 route 44 waters could be annoying to someone but they absolutely didn't treat us that way! We were on a 2 hour road trip in a car without ac 😥 those waters were super needed! Over all great location, recommended to visit!

My family and I stopped here after walking around the zoo to grab some slushies before heading home. It took 27 minutes from the time the order was placed to get 5 drinks. Needless to say, the family and I were not happy with the service.

The drive through was horrible. Placed an order online. They never looked for the order. Never came to the window. Had to go in and the order was sitting right there. Sheer incompetence. How are they still open?

Food was subpar ,zz took over 10 min to come out (no other customers had arrived and order was placed at 1010am); atmosphere could definitely look better with continual attention, even if only minimal action were to be applied. Car hop attendant was pleasant and prompt when additional condiments were requested.
