Ordered the ft long coney meal and the weenie was old. Un-eatable. Also ordered the new Bacon garlic cheese burger and there's definitely no garlic on there, just mayo.

The other locations in Tyler, Lindale, Gilmer, White Oak, Gladewater and Longview honor the half price drinks. Never had issues at this location in 9 years! Your employees need more customer service training.

We ordered pancakes ? but they weren't cooked all the way through, and then the waitress insulted my 82 yr old mother by arguing that this is the way pancakes are supposed to look like. We substituted for French toast, and that tasted like regular toast with some cinnamon sprinkled on it. I don't foresee us going back.

One of the best Sonics I have ever been to. They got my order correctly. The staff is always super friendly and super helpful. The only negative is that they went out of a lot of items when it gets really busy on a holiday. My sonic burger was charred amazingly. It tasted really good and my tater tots were cooked perfectly crunchy as I requested.

Worse tasting sonic ever.Ordered popcorn chicken, got overcooked chicken tenders with a side of buffalo sauce.Tots were almost undercooked.Toast was hard and burnt.Got to say, not a good location.
