I ordered a footling Chili cheese dog and it was terrible. The wiener was not cooked and it was Luke warm. The cheese was not creamy. The cheese was thick and cold. I don’t know why I continue to buy it.

Our order was initially awful, wrong and burnt items. I wasn’t given a receipt either. I called and the manager was wonderful. We came back and she replaced the whole order. Excellently handled!

Why is the phone always off the hook at your NNW loop Location? I only get 30 minutes for lunch. It’s not good for your business. It’s been that way for over a month. I get lunch from elsewhere.

I know this is petty but I pay for extra cherries in my slush. Not only do I to get extra cherries, I don't even get the real cherry it is supposed to come with.

Went to get a cherry limeade in Drive Thru, horrible service, slow I sat at the window for over 4 minutes for a drink. I literally had to tell a worker walking in drive thru if they lost my order which was only a drink. Low and behold it had been sitting there getting flat while I wait. Paid $2.91 for a drink that taste watered down. Not happy with this Sonic's service.

My husband went to get me dinner. I am .8 mi from the sonic. When he brought my food it was cold, the lettuce was wilted and my bread was stale. My French fries were also cold and hard. I tried calling to let them know and of course there was no answer.
