Whoever work night shift march 6 made sure we’ll never go to this place again the waist 30 min of people time turning light on playing running in the store multiple people waiting for their orders every who worked this night needs to be fired this play is a joke

I got the # 7 combo & the meat on the burger was pretty much black & hard like it had been sitting in a warmer for over 4 hours, also got a drink & there was some kind of push pin/tack stuck into the bottom of the cup, causing it to leak everywhere! The bottom of the cup was also covered in black specks (dirt?)

Took awhile to get my food and I only got cheese tatter tots and cheese sticks. The tator tots taste old. Why did it take so long then 🤦🏽♀️

I get breakfast from this location A LOT. The woman that works there most mornings is amazing!! so nice but boy does she work herself too hard. Sonic- get her some help!!!! Shes doing drive thru, taking orders, serving carhop orders, doing online orders- By HERSELF. I have never seen anyone in there (besides the cooks I'm sure) but get her some help!! She deserves it!
The cashier kept our change that we keep for our 4 month olds piggy bank, and didn’t give me the amount of cream I had ordered and paid for in my drink. Thanks Addison 🙄
Fast and easy, definitely when I use my mobile app. Staff is friendly. Place is decently clean.

I don’t understand how this place is still open. Tried giving them a chance this morning but through ubereats so I wouldn’t have to deal with it but still got my order wrong which made me get up after spending $33 to get my food & when I get there nobody is answering the drive thru, so park in a stall & they remade my order (a toaster) bacon burnt & HARD, sausage not done all the way & it’s mainly eggs on the sandwich… entirely too much eggs, more eggs than anything else compared to 3 little pieces of bacon. Not to mention there’s never any business there so I’m not understanding why it’s always a wait for someone. How has corporate not come through and evaluate such a terrible restaurant???? Cause this happens pretty often form the stories I’ve heard & experienced… hopefully I can get a refund since it’s through ubereats but I don’t get how I got a burrito when my receipt says TOASTER.

Instead of going through the drive.. my granddaughter and I pull in snd order our drinks no food just drinks .. we sit for 15 minutes waiting .. I hit the button and told them we’ve been waiting .. in the meantime I count 11 vehicles going through the drive .. I get a female that tells me sharply .. “we are doing the best we can .. no apology .. hangs up her end .. I count another 8 cars and pull out .. drive-through continues steady flow .. the rest of us on both sides of me parked do not count apparently.. Location Troup Hwy beside Suoer-one ..
