Just witnessed human kindness in action. As I was waiting, an employee at this Broadway Sonic was helping an older confused lady figure out an order. She was very kind and patient with her. When the lady couldn't decide about a drink, the employee said she would buy her a Sprite and assured the lady she would not have to pay for it. I was very impressed with this young lady and told her so. We don't see enough of this in our world.

Worst sonic ever corporate really needs to visit this place slowest service ever food sucked as well. I’ve been here 3 times and never again tevery time it took over 15 mins just to be brought to me 2 visits were just drinks ridiculous just for a drink

I'll probably come by this sonic.At least twenty to thirty times a week.I work very close, you could say, and today was probably the worst service I've ever had.I ordered a sunday that took 37 minutes to bring out , and it had no whipped cream.When it was brought out, it looked like it was melted and the girl seemed like annoyed that she had to bring it out to me.Not happy.

Alexia is a legend and has great positivity and character. If the choice was going to a gas station and getting a fountain drink or coming to sonic and going through the Sonic, I'd go to Sonic for the pleasant conversation and fresh drinks.
Update: This location in particular has a very small portion for the large frito wrap. One of my easiest items to buy for convenience of travel and all around flavor. But the provided portion is embarrassing when compared to the price.

Worst Sonic in Tyler and don't bother trying to pick up your DoorDash orders from here. The Dasher app says you can pick up through the stalls or drive thru. Because of their laziness and deciding to be rude, they refused to do it through the stalls, and made me late on my pick up. FYI, I thought it would be quicker and easier to get out doing it that way because the drive thru was backed up. Excuse me, I guess.
I go almost every morning for a $1.19 large coke (extra extra ice) 🙂 sometimes the drive thru line is long and wait time is inconvenient, but the staff!! Fantastic! Kiara, Jessica, Caleb ❤️
