I was confused about the change In half price drinks w online app. The girl that worked at Sonic came out and personally showed me how to continue getting my half price drinks. 😃👍

Today I made an online order for a large coke zero. It took them 30 minutes to get that out to me. I had to move spots then push the button to notify them that I had been there for 30 minutes. In the end when I got my drink there was no sorry for the long wait not even a have a good day they just handed it to me and walked away like nothing was wrong.

Sent my wife to get food and heard the manager didn't enter the food right or give good customer service. Then argued with her about the order and gave her some sort of "staredown". Definitely reporting to the BBB.

The atmosphere was great since I was in my car listening the 70s channel. Services gets a zero no gold starts!. What they did was give me the order for the vechile behind me. The other problem was when I went to look at the receipt it was cheaper than what I was charge. Not sure who they had in the kitchen but they could not read.. Luckily there is more than one Sonic where I live at. Maybe next time I will head to Burger King
