This sonic is consistently better than the one on Old Jacksonville. They always get the orders right whether it be through the app or I order there. Food is good and gets out in a timely manner for how busy they are.

Ordered on the app a corn dog n a tea. Waited a while , another car pulled up ordered food and got theirs, before I realized how long I’d been sitting. I had to hit the button and ask if it was received and was told that it has been waiting just not delivered yet. Corn dog was cold. I Was in a hurry so didn’t have time to aso for another. So much question is do online orders get left out to sit before being delivered? Person who delivered refused to listen and ran off said got the button for complaints. They were not busy 3 cars when I got there n 2 when I left.

Website says they close at 11pm. I was in the drive thru at 8:55pm and they wouldn’t answer or take my order. Drove by the window and seen 2 people just standing in there. Seen me and turned there back. Will never come back to this location. Isn’t the first time this location has had issues.
