Whatever machine you dispense your iced coffee out of, it needs to be cleaned BADLY. My iced coffee tasted like mold this morning. It could be the ice dispenser as well, but whatever it is, y'all are gonna end up making someone sick.

Never again. Ordered online for pick up. I wanted to try the new peanut butter bacon double cheese burger fully loaded with jalapenos. I ordered my wife a double cheese burger with tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo. As well, got my daughter a cherry limeade slushy. Went to pick the order up and was 2 minutes early. Order came right out, yes. I will give them that. Upon getting home - CATASTROPHE. My wife had bacon on her order, no tomatoes or lettuce in sight. Mine had no peanut butter, and nothing as far as any toppings. including the paid extra jalapenos! Just a plain double cheese burger. The slushy my daughter ordered? Flat and very watered down (tasted like one of those hint of flavor waters). The best part? The burgers were stale and had to be heated up. I thought Sonic made things fresh to order? I must be sorely mistaken. And on what they are promoting as a premier burger right now? I might see about a 2nd chance at a different Sonic, but Old Jacksonville Sonic? I guess the breakfasts are what keeps the business going. Two thumbs down disappointment
Came through the drive through just to get a simple burger plain with hickory sauce on it . One lady came out to clarify my order because I guess the way my boyfriend ordered it was a bit confusing which is ok but the way she rolled her eyes when she walked away wasn’t . I could also see everybody talking about us through the window as if it’s not plain see through …. Luckily the manager came out and solved the issue which I very much appreciate.

I can't give enough 5 stars for this Sonic..I miss my Athen, Sonic so much but thankful now I have this one..I have lived in Flint, Texas two months now and frequent Sonic and have not had one bad experience .Thank ya'll..Keep up the good work..Jackie Stampley
