Ordered a chicken sandwich with Mustard and bacon and another with bbq sauce and bacon as well as 2 corn dogs. They put Mustard on the sandwich but said they had none for corndogs. The said they had to put bbq sauce on the side, no sauce to find in the bag and I paid extra for the bacon that was NOT on the plain chicken and bread sandwich

Drive thru speaker is in the worst place ever you have to scream your order and the people here still get the orders wrong. And every other sonic has large blast and stuff like that and this one doesn’t. And they forget pieces of your order all the time. If there was one closer to my house I would go there instead this is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to!!!

The drive-thru speaker doesn't work but there's no sign telling you that. 7.25am on Saturday and there's nobody behind the counter. Went over to the buffet to see if I can find somebody to figure out whether anybody was even working there. One girl in the back cleaning. No one watching the counter. I am done with this Sonic every time we go there there's issues. If I could give less than one star I would. Sonic has standards. They don't.

It took OVER 25 MINUTES FOR 2 milkshakes!! I have a video and the Manager Belinda watched the whole thing and did NOTHING to help Christopher . 25 MINUTES!!!!! Not an apology- not ANYTHING. Then we finally get the 2 shakes and the strawberry shake wasn’t even FULL!!! WORST PLACE EVER - NEVER GO

Stopped to get a Tuesday special. I ordered tater tots with my burger and onion rings with my wifes burger.................. I guess I actually ordered hash lump or something....... This is not the first bad experience from there.... New staff. Same d*** kids......

Been stopping at this sonic at least once a month for the past 13months. Ordered various item, food is always hot and fresh. Staff are pleasant. During rush hr you Might have a little wait but thats everywhere. Never had a wrong order. I wish all sonic locations where as consistent and well priced as this one.
Actually went to the smoke house and the brisket and pulled pork it wasn’t that good

I order a extra long cheese Coney and when I got it was cold and it had a bad taste to it ..I ended up in the hospital with food poisoning and I am still in the hospital till tomorrow morning I will never eat there again

This is a little late, but about month ago my dad fell at this restaurant and immediately the employees helped me get him back in his wheelchair and asked if he was alright. I know this isn't part of the employees job descriptions but I really appreciate it, Because I took him to the hospital after that since he was having memory problems. His brain was bleeding and he had to get surgery, but he has made a full recovery now. I just really appreciate the kindness of the employees here, keep up the good work, and sorry this comment was so long.

Worst Sonic. Always out of something. Never get the orders right and now just like everyone else uses the excuse of being shorthanded. That doesn't work as to why you're out of chicken.
