While passing by this establishment, we were curious, so I decided to search for it on Google. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsibility shown by the owner of this establishment. Instead of accepting any form of accountability, they respond to honest customer reviews by accusing them of drinking excessively and quickly. This approach is only setting themselves up for failure. Furthermore, it is the bartenders' actual job to ensure that patrons do not consume excessive amounts of alcohol. So, to place blame on the customers is quite concerning. I am even contemplating reporting this establishment to the TABC to teach them a lesson in humility, as it appears that this concept is foreign to them. It is important to do better. I do not want to enter a place with the intention of having a drink or two and enjoying myself, only to have a bartender charge me for something I did not consume. It feels like customers are being taken advantage of, with the establishment blaming them for being intoxicated. This behavior reflects ignorance and arrogance. May you have the day you deserve. Leaving three stars so my rating is neutral and doesn’t impact the business, and because you deserve a dose of honesty.

Grandson snd his friend were cheated and scammed here by the next day they should’ve been able to see that their register showed extra money, but knowing them they would not do anything about it. Food is always been bad constant closing down due to health reasons what a hole in the
Very disappointed in leaving this review.I’ve seen management change a dozen times and now I understand why.My friend and I decided to stop by for a bite to eat and some drinks. After an hour or so we closed out and the bartender charged me $120 after my friend had already paid for 2 drinks each and our food in cash. The “bartender” had overcharged me and refused to settle on the appropriate tab. Tony (the owner, apparently) was no help.No wonder this place has been through so many of ownerships. I look forward to the day south Tyler has a good place to offer.Disappointed to say the least.
