My husband has enjoyed this donut shop since he was a kid and just recently took me for the first time. We have since come every weekend to grab the best donuts in East Texas! If you aren’t grabbing donuts for breakfast from The Same Good Donuts then you are truly missing out. A plus, it is ran and owned by the absolute most precious couple with the sweetest customer service!

I went in today after seeing so many Facebook posts talk so highly about this place. I felt welcomed the second I walked in. They were the sweetest people and I wish I had not waited to long to try them out. The best donuts! I had the original glazed and the blueberry.. which melted in my mouth!

The wonderful lady taking care of my order was quite possibly the sweetest shop owner I've ever met! She brought such a positive energy into her work environment, making all customers feel at ease. I ordered a chopped peanut chocolate donut, a donut twist, and two small pigs. Unfortunately when I went to pay, my card was declined as, unknown to me, a subscription came out of my account. However, another incredible woman (a fellow customer) next to me offered to pay for my food. All in all, if the owners are this sweet, and the clientele are this amazing, then they're definitely doing something right. :)

Just like the sighn says the same dang good donuts and the same good ol folks trying to make a living, man got to get them when they're hot, and you will thank you, died, and went to heaven. They are still good at any time, but anything fresh out of the oven just can't be beaten .
A rainy Friday and I walked in here for the first time and met the sweetest people. Instantly got a very ‘at home’ feeling and I’m here to tell you, they sell FRESH donuts made daily and no left overs sold. Hands down the best tasting donuts I’ve ever had. They have been serving Tyler for 50 years strong! I’ve found my new donut shop! Highly recommend and I’ll be back tomorrow!
