Ordered 2 chopped beef sandwiches , which were decent at best! And 2 glasses of tea, for 32 bucks! No sides, sandwiches weren't priced , def won't ever return!

Absolute worst catfish dinner in my 72 years on earth! Haven’t wasted twenty dollars that badly in a long time! They use catfish that have been on a diet and give you very few pieces. The beans were peppered so much they choked you. Poor hush puppies were left in the fryer way too long. Slaw was the only bright spot but hate to spend $20 on two ounces of slaw.

I love this place been eating here since a kid but why is the Hispanic lady who makes the rolls so hostile? Today was the 2nd time she got a terrible attitude with either me or one of guests. Today my friend shook his head when she asked if he wanted a roll and she “excuse me hello!! Do you want a roll or not” it was so rude!! I always try to be super nice to her but this is too much. Manager is great but some of these roll ladies are out of control. Hope you handle it.

Laid back. Prices are higher than other BBQ places around town but they offer a sweet deal in the local paper every couple of months of a BOGO deal with a coupon and they are as far as I know the only BBQ place in Tyler that does that. I used a coupon so it made the per person 1/2 what it would have been.

Omg the absolute worst bbq ever. The staff when asked to alter something like making a basic potato that should be butter, sour cream, and cheese as common knowledge. Incompetent to say the least and rude. We ordered a pulled pork potato, out of the norm but was told they could do it, disgusting. Got a chopped brisket sandwich plate with Mac and beans, meat was greasy and stale and Mac was soured, beans mediocre at best. My kid had the basic potato that they made as a loaded potato not what we asked for, it had to be remade. The only edible thing was the bottled drinks. We hope we don't get sick and wasted $50+ on a meal we couldn't eat. If it hadn't been for bodacious being out of potatoes we would never have gone. DO NOT EAT HERE A HEALTH INSPECTORS PLAYGROUND.

They don’t want to wait on African Americans at To Go. The first time I had to ask to be waited on. The second time, which I regret, they took my order, people came in after me, placed their order, got their order and I’m still sitting there. While I was sitting there an African American male had to ask for his order. My niece worked there for a very short period of time, told me they were very prejudice. I guess I had a senior moment and went there. Will never go back again.
